All sorts of problems w/quad download
I don't think the P0500 is setting your check engine light. How are you checking codes? I am guessing you have another code.

All sorts of problems w/quad download
A P0500 code is a pcm code for the speed sensor. The quadzilla is in no way shape or form able to effect that code. If you get a P0500 code while idling you need to chase wires to the rear. What other codes are you getting other than P1693?

All sorts of problems w/quad download
If it was running good then stopped running good something changed. The tune loaded itself has no control over idle or hard starting. Check your grounds, check your brake light switch, check your apps % at idle. Ensure the quads high idle is off. P0500 is a code that happens if you spin out or if your rear sensor goes bad.

50 hp Injectors
assuming your truck isn't in bad shape then you should be fine.

Truck bouncing with load
Should be right over the rear axle or an inch in front of. My oem mount if right above the rear axle.

Quadzilla tuning
Get the iquad, I prefer the android version, update the box under the hood to base V2 tuning then start tuning. You can plug the iquad dongle into what you have now and just unplug the pulse screen.

Truck bouncing with load
I'd be trying shocks first as they are likely due for replacement and they are cheap compared to the other things.

Quadzilla and new 7x9s
I wouldn't be paying much mind to it. my 7 x .009's at sea level would hardly smoke, elevation was what caused my issues.

Bad vp44
psg is the computer on top of the pump. 18k miles is terrible pump life. I am more likely to say that you go a bad pump from the getgo.

not gonna lie that it looks good.

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
7 x .010's are the right injectors for nearly any street driven fun / work truck.

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
the hx35 is well paired with 7 x .010's Without tuning your right foot control is needed. I think Mike has ~100,000-150,000 miles on the quad. That's alot of computer cycles, stuff happens I suppose.

Quadzilla and new 7x9s
are you going WOT from a stop when doing this testing?

33400 miles and it is time for new tires
little hard to see but wheels and tires mounted up. 4 x cooper at3 XLT's and a 3/4 worn tire to replace the one I had with a hole in it for $1100 mounted and balanced. 4

Surging when temp hits 205
are you %100 sure the programmer is actually off? is it exactly at 205*?

Quadzilla and new 7x9s
Depends on elevation and injectors. There is no hard fast rule, glad you messed with it enough to get to this point.

What boost should I get
Boost fro 0-16 psi is read from the ecm output, above 16 psi is the ecm output plus sensor output. I am guessing since you don't have a boost elbow your waste gate is opening and bleeding pressure.
