  1. Mine read high with this BHAF, I see in the 140's most of the time at idle and 120's driving.
  2. I have a spare ultra-gauge I could send you to use for a while and see if you like it. My brother bought one and is ocd about everything so he decided to take it out and he gave it to me as a spare.
  3. Maybe the lines have hair line cracks where they meet the injectors?
  4. #1 always leak for a few miles after I do injectors and last time I think it was #3 that leaked a bit too. I tightened the snot outa them and then after a few miles of leaking, back them off just a little and no more leaks. Mines stays dry all the time except for just after my initial instal. I usually tighten the injectors down first, then the tubes and lines. I did get new o-rings for my tubes last time and I cant remember if I lubed them or not, think I even forgot to lube the injector o-rings last time too so probably didnt lube the crossover tube o-rings either.About right... I go through the same thing... Initial install it always a mess but within about 2-3 days its all cleaned up...
  5. I have seen several pics over the years but this is the only one I can find now. https://picasaweb.google.com/105776538832593037852/JoshesPictures?authkey=Gv1sRgCJyo8u2FkP30iwE#5697677303123407250
  6. Airdog takes care of their customers, I will give them that. My grandpa's raptor pump got loud on him and he called them up, now he did fill out the warranty card, they sent him a new pump out and I think return postage for the old one. His pump was 2-3 years old so thats pretty good service. Now I have the fass 150 without the filter and it always been loud and its been a good pump, going on 5 years old with 18 psi @ idle and 16 ot wot using 3/8 lines.
  7. Yes, its designed after the 3rd gen bar/bracket with bushings at both ends. I liked it over the bars with heim joints because bushings may wear out but heims can break.
  8. Edge comp performs no extra functions, it doesnt plug into the obdII port.
  9. Ya, I had an issue with injectors on my 03 a time or two but I didnt think that the filters for 2nd gens filtered that low.
  10. Welcome, look here for adding pictures.http://photobucket.com/
  11. Got Bd's Cadillac on mine and its great. I had a moog on before but it was sloppy.
  12. I wonder what the filtration is on the stock canister filter? So many post about this for 3rd gens but never seen one for us.
  13. Sounds like you should probably stick with the hx35 but I bet you might be able to sneak a little hy in there.
  14. You think its cheap now, I got them when they first hit at only $39. I have never used the scan gauge but this little cheapo is working great, no regrets here!
  15. This little inline filter was only $5 or so and the GDP settup is a little more.
  16. I use an inline filter specific to diesel before my fass, let me see if I can get a number off of it. Wix # 33270 http://www.fleetfilter.com/filter/33270.html
  17. Ultra-gauge is like the scan gauge but cheaper. http://www.ultra-gauge.com/ultragauge/index.htm
  18. I would be scarred to put something in front of my fan because I think it runs all the time too. How loose is your when the truck is off?
  19. I use scott's filters in my dirtbikes, same filter since early 08 and used to use one in my old kawasaki back in 05 too. I hope they are good filters, I know they are alot better than buying new everytime you have to change oil in those things.
  20. My first turbo upgrade will be a 351vgt from a 6.7, but there are many things above that on the list.
  21. I didnt think about that as I have never lived at much elevation, dam this gulf coast.:banghead:
  22. I would go with 125-150's, even with the hx-35 and 7x.010's mine hauls ars and I have never seen over 1300 with my settup.
