I second that. I like to burn my fuel.
  2. Does not sound unusual to me for little movement. All the mounts are designed to give a little under load.
  3. The ECM lead has no fuse. Never understood that.
  4. Was it vibrating like it is now when you limped it back after hitting the stump? Harmonic balancer get bent maybe?
  5. Are you speaking of the vehicle trying to move if try to pull the shifter into a gear without pushing in the clutch in? I do not mean forcing it into gear, just holding pressure on it.
  6. 2 wins in one weekend. I need a week end like this.
  7. Looking good. Love a happy ending.
  8. I have run the big and the small one and the Id's are the same. Just a typo Mr. @IBMobile?
  9. Saw those also and quite a few more. Is it the same filter? It appears that way but looks can be decieving.
  10. I have run the 6637 in mine for a while and bought from NAPA. I have to get it at their truckers price of about $30 in store, don't remember the exact amount. I googled the 6637 and found this https://www.dieselequipmentinc.com/products/b085011?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=googlepla&variant=19566734657&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwbzKjczk2QIVDkwNCh0l7gzCEAQYASABEgLun_D_BwE. Baldwin makes one also. If has the duralie name on it also, but different part numbers. Anyone know if there is a difference between them?
  11. 1200 pretty darn low for 6th especially with the engine running poorly.
  12. My factory Denso left me about 11 years ago. Did not know at the time how easy they were to fix
  13. I did not dig to deep on this but Blue Chip still offers a pump with a used upgraded PSG on it; I know they do not build their own pumps so that has to make you think.
  14. We all know how good success feels even on the smallest thing. If it was not for these yay hoos here the last 150k on my truck might not have happened. Great place with great people with the very similar goals. We also enjoy sharing what got us to where we are so others can do the same. We very much enjoy having fun while we do it.
  15. Maybe you were not boiled enough as child. I got boiled once a week whether I needed it or not.
  16. That was a good day with the family and the only time i have ever spent time under the truck with her. Me and grandsons got that beast on there but just could not seem to get it that last half inch and see just jumped under there kicked the **** out of it and bam it mated. I was some what astounded, but very happy.
  17. two pieces of 1/2" foam is much easier on this old man. ramps here for the Saturn. grand children are a big help. Though the first time I dropped and re installed the NV5600 it was the wife's #5 shoe with a swift kick in the tail shaft that got it to seat against the bell housing.
  18. Me too. My wife has been known too. As they say You go girl.
  19. On my last 6 pack tonight. Might have to lay in some supplies. @leety glad to see I am not the only one working in a gravel driveway.
  20. Are you always this repetitious? My goodness.
  21. It looks that way to me but a bit hard to tell in the picture. I think you ought to get the micrometer out tell us for sure. I know you need something to do.
  22. I guess what @JAG1 is thinking is in the last picture the reducing 90 needs to slip on some more. Not sure myself looks like it is on all the way. Anyway, cutting it to length would be the way to go. Should not hurt a thing. If there is any doubt Eric would ne sure to know.
  23. You beat me to that one @Dieselfuture. Same question from me.
  24. The spectre appears to be just another oiled air filter. Not fond of them at all. The BHAF as mentioned above gets my vote. Pre filter or not.
  25. I lost my last throw out bearing but it staring squealing. Got it replaced before any damge was done to the clutch.
