  1. It causes your lumber to be straight, at least, what I bought the other week.
  2. Sounds like you are still enjoying it though.
  3. First off welcome. That is quite the list. The only thing that comes to mind is, with all you are adding you might want to look into the Quad versus the the Edge. There is alot more tuning you can do with the Quad. I would defer to the more knowedgable to explain why. Again welcome and that is quite the project.
  4. You would be surprised at what set of new RV275's would add. A little extra mpg over the oe injectors also. I good investment for the power.
  5. I agree with @Dieselfuture. The pump is easy to reseal and clean up if necessary. The PS pump and vacuum pump are just bolted together. That little line on the passanger is the main feed for vacuum to the hvac system. Mine broke and I wish I had replaced it when i had the hvac box out. If it breaks again i will have to.I think the line gets brittle being close the turbo.
  6. If you are hearing a relay click when you turn the keyyou already have a relay installed similar to the one in @IBMobile,s post. There is no oe relay on the truck. The lift pump, stock, was powered straight off of the ECM, no fuse no relay. Also if you are hearing click it has power to the relay. If you can locate the relay the oe harness from the ECM should be plugged into it. Thats where you should be checking for power from the ECM. If you have power there your problem will be after the oe harness.
  7. I would agree. I checked them about 3 months and they were still tight and I have no vibration while driving.
  8. I am still on my oe drive shaft u joints. Non greasable and 433k miles. Swapped my front ones out about 30k ago. I have 3 old new stock non greasable for the drive shaft this summer. My non greasable oe tie rod ends on the front lasted 240k before replacement. I am non greasable all the way as long as i could be assured of the quality of what came on the truck. Not sure how to find that however.
  9. Something to be aware of if replacing any underground pipe with PVC is there are 2 different kinds. One is solid PVC and the other is Foam Core PVP. The foam core is good for sound reduction of the water passing thru from one floor,to another. Many home stores stock it and you have to look at it close to see it. It is labeled but look close when buying. The foam core only has two thin layers of PVC over a foam core and looks just like solid PVC from the outside. I don't think the foam core will hold up to aggressive drain snakes as the solid will and the cost difference is neglegiable. Also Mike very sorry to hear about your troubles. All my sewer problems seem to happen on Sunday as I am preparing to head back to work.
  10. I had the in tank pump conversion from Dodge many years ago. In about a year I started having problems. Turns out the pump was only putting out 5psi at idle and near 0psi under load. Unless those pumps have greatly improved I would think twice about. Vulcan performance has a Jeep Liberty fuel module that I believe will do what you want for fuel pick up and the gauge. As far as a fuel pump goes if you remain stock a DDRP could work. If you are adding a programmer, go bigger. AD or FASS or one of the mechanical pumps out there. You will be sorry if you add power with out sufficient fuel delivery.
  11. I should have seen that one coming. I import my beer from NC to Maryland, to darn expensive up here. It is free at my house, tomorrow.
  12. Let me know the beer arrives, would ya please?

    Cummins farm to most.

    Welcome to the farm.
  15. The beauty of it is Alabama will warm back up just like here in NC. I work over a pretty wide area of the country and have never had the fuel gel either. I am usually buying fuel in the areas I work so I am sure I am getting some winterized fuel. The only thing I have ever added to my fuel is 2 stroke oil and did not start that until the truck had just over 200k on it.
  16. I was thinking of going the nation's route myself until reading all of this. It had me .
  17. Sounds good but I bet it is pricey.
  18. Got a lot that stuff out my way. They pretreat the roads with it.
  19. Time for some injectors most likely. I swapped mine oe for RV275's and pickup about 1.5 mpg. I have 50's in now and did not see any drop. You have a lot choices with the quad and I defer to those smarter than I for advice on size. Your tire and wheel combination is not helping. They are taller and wider than the stock tires. The taller and heavier they are will detract a good bit from your MPG. I am running stock 265"s on alloy wheels and a Comp and getting 19.5 on the interstate.
