Draw Straw 5 and return fuel problems
I had the intank pump which was installed with a new module. t is very much like the Liberty module, might even be the liberty module. The return from the engine stayed connected to the same fitting and the return for the AD connected to the old supply fitting. I had to drill and install a new pick up line for the AD. Sorry for the late response.

2001 6 speed manual
While getting the seal moist again might help, I would be keeping an eye on it. If it doesn't stop soon, I would be replacing it.

Bitter Sweet
I went back twice before leaving for good. It was nice to know the door was always open. It never took long for me to get back out because as Tom said once you taste it you always want it. Sounds like you have a good enough job to get back out. good luck. Beautiful sunset by the way.

Hx back to Hy?
DAP uses bosch products also. I have seen the picture where they look very shiny, not sure that is how they come. Give them a call and put your mind at ease. I have purchased from both and they are very reputable and will give you a good product.

As far as Junior's goes, it is the recipe his granddaddy and daddy used for decades. It is just made legally instead of in the woods. Should be the same product without the mystique.

working with copper some questions
I would do it but only in the summertime. Dont think I want to try a build one during a winter like yall just had. I dont own a wardrobe for that kind of weather. I did a job in Wilkes Barre Pa about 20 years ago. 124" of snow and several doses of sub zero weather. That was enough for my lifetime.

Fuel Pressure Gauge Fluctuates
You could get a mechanical test gauge and double check your pressure and see if they both are fluctuating. My first FP gauge was a Glowshift and it worked fine for a while then start going crazy, but not just at idle. Do you have a needle valve or snubber or something protecting the sender from the VP pulses? The pulses will destroy the sender.

working with copper some questions
The food is good, they are good people to work with and they have been putting groceries on my table for 16 years. I guess I am a little prejudiced. But if they are packed, I am going somewhere else.

Servicing Fluids for Spring Time
The throw out bearing would be making noise with the clutch in and not out.

working with copper some questions
I was thinking more like wood stake rails on the 12+ year old truck. At lest my truck is an 02, but the rv is 05 and I am still paying for it. Bad financial decision on my part.

You are like me with nothing but a 'woodie' to drive.

rising beef prices
I used to be a big advocate of corn ethanol. Anything that got us off the Arab *** had to be a good thing. It did not take long to see that using a food source for fuel was bad thing. Anyone who thinks this has done any good for fuel prices does not pay any attention to what they are spending at the grocery store. All of the other things yall have mentioned above just make it that much more of very fruitless endeavor to say the least.

Injector question
If they are not leaking you should be good. When I installed mine I torqued the injectors first and then the nut on the cross over tubes. They all leaked. I went back loosened all the injectors, tightened the lines to the tubes and then torqued the injectors. No more leaks. If I ever change them again I will tighten the cross over tubes first and then torque the injectors.

I am running one from NAPA that only cost like $25 IIRC, I bought like 4 years ago. Rock auto has them for $30 to $125.
