  1. Sounds like you got one of the pins. I had to try a couple combos to make mine work correctly.
  2. On a 24v you should have two in the manifold and two in the turbo.
  3. None, I doubt you'll get anyone to give those up. I can tell you both Seth and Weston have a pop pressure they like to use for a reason. As well as Don at F1.
  4. 7x.010 nozzles and 310. Patc low stall converter at the time. I kept the same converter up until killed the trans when ppumped. It ONLY stalled with the 7x.010s. Same shop pop tested the 6x.013s and set them to 310. No stalling issues, ever. Which falls in line with your theory.
  5. It happened to me with some 7 hole nozzles and a tight patc converter. If you let the truck warm up 5min it would not happen. Cold start 20* and below if you pulled it into gear it would kill the truck. Reverse or drive. I believe what Nick is thinking the ecm is pulling fuel to control idle. When the gear lever is pulled into gear the fueling command is so low and the converter pulls down the idle rpm too fast causing the stall. If I am off base on your thinking @Me78569 correct me please. These were 7x.010s. I will not name the nozzle source as to give him more adverting on a google search. Most of you will know who lol.
  6. Not being a smartass but did you talk to them about how they bench flash the controller? To go along with your other thread.
  7. Uh because it happens and is not related to fuel being pulled rapidly, not directly. Low stall converter and high pop will stall a truck.
  8. Yea neat setup that will have a price tag to go with it. Fleece is famous for overcharging for their products.
  9. Yea so magical and mysterious a DRB III is.
  10. In your case the mismatch is fine unless emissions testing cares. At that point it is a simple flash update using a tool capable of flashing the ecm.
  11. What year is the vin in the ecm? Better yet what is the last 8 of the vin in the ecm.
  12. What is your lift pump setup? Is the lift pump running while you are cranking?
  13. Agree. They appear to be a spot vs. a flood. Mike pic of where you have them mounted?
  14. Excellent. Length and diameter if you are able to. I'll track down options from there.
  15. Thank you Mike and yes they are. Seriously just cheapy ebay switch backs. They have been great in the year that I've had them.
  16. Is no problem. I just wanted to clarify for any others that came in looking. I only use the Cummins tstat in my 24v.
  17. The Bosch 044 for example. Not necessarily what I would use in this case but will give you the idea. Why I need the physical measurements of the pump to try and track one down.
  18. I am thinking Bosch or Carter replacements. It will require a pressure regulator to knock the pressure down. But the airdog and fass do the same.
