  1. Ahhh ok. That would be why then lol
  2. You know these are still available from the dealer right? For close to what parts slingers are asking for use parts.
  3. Tony (D89) has been busy with other stuff. Rick (shadowtrooper) had some crappy life events happen that lead to the sale of his hpump setup.
  4. That is perfect outdoor working weather.
  5. Some of you worry far too much. I live on my lockup switch. Locked 3-4 daily.
  6. It will always depend on the vb setup. If you have an aggressive shift strategy it will break hard parts. Including billet shafts.
  7. Dis. I brake clean the snot out of everything and then blast it with an air nozzle.
  8. I had to clean out my housing to get the stat in. I am watching the cluster vs. your scan gauge as well. I get one huge temp. swing when the stat initially opens. It is slow to react at first. I also have a small air pocket in the heater core. Gurgles on startup.
  9. Neither did a few others until they tried the newer 18s and 20s. Ram closed the outside of the hub bore so they do not slip all the way over the hub. Very odd.
  10. They way the hub bore is made on the newer wheels will not slip over the older axles. There has been issues with the offset as well.
  11. My lift pump is leaking on mine in extreme cold. The fuel heater and drain leaked before I deleted them as well.
  12. So being that we are in the 12v section I am going to assume you have a 12v?
  13. This little detail should be a huge red flag for everyone. Just sayin.
  14. A bit more complicated than that lol. Tech Tip Description: Important! There has been an application change to the Cummins turbo diesel thermostat. When replacing a thermostat confirm the correct replacement is choosen. 2010, 2011, and 2012 RAM Trucks 2500/3500/4500/5500 engine coolant operating temperature has been increased to 200 degrees requiring thermostat 68067109AA. 2009, 2013, and 2014 RAM Trucks 2500/3500/4500/5500 engine coolant operating temperature is 190 degrees requiring thermostat 68005464AA. These thermostats are not interchangeable and doing so will result in reduced engine performance.
  15. The crank sensor and map are on the same 5v reference......
  16. The way starparts is laid out the actual number is not clear as well as the tech notes on what part number to order for which year. Issa great system.
  17. He still needs to break it loose to move the actual pressure adjuster. Why the wrench is needed. A stubby fits in there. The airdog bracket is the same way as his fass is. In the freaking way.
  18. I had to take mine apart a couple times to adjust it. The larger nut is the jam and the slot is the pressure adjustment. It would fill up with dirt and lock up. Use a stubby wrench. It will fit.
