  1. Which is the reason for the other gauges. Need to do some maths to get them close. I prefer the primary to do more work but it makes the setup more laggy.
  2. It doesn't need to be set at 25psi. Do you have an interstage boost gauge and a drive pressure gauge? The boost going to the secondaries waste gate is for reference only.
  3. I freaking love the two tone. Lift pump and fuel filter housing went on Sunday. Turned into a cluster trying to get the right filter for it without the wif sensor hole.
  4. This. And no pressure transducer to fail from the water hammer effect.
  5. Limp mode is for the transmission. How are the codes being pulled?
  6. Yes is my personal favorite. Any stainless steel one piece manifold really.
  7. Stainless Diesel.
  8. More pieces to the puzzle. For anyone that has not witnessed one before....this is a Stainless Diesel manifold.
  9. Yes on the valve lash. The vco vs. sac is marketing hype bs. Do not fall for it.
  10. Keep in mind the cost for mounting and balancing along with disposal if necessary. Oh and buy from a reputable site. Tire rack, discount has a special site as well.
  11. I prefer moly lube to antiseize.
  12. Over/under. Screw that fender mount crap. It is such a pain if you want both batteries.
  13. Darn kids and their fancy over head console.
  14. This should be a good one. Axles, compounds, injectors, etc. I'll document what I do for the compound build for everyone to see how fairly simple they are to do. Just takes time to fit them.
  15. So is this deleted yet?
  16. I thought I posted this in here but these are available FROM THE dealer. For normally close to what wrecking yards want.
  17. He doesn't like the exhaust when it's running but is happy to be around tinkering. He is an odd individual to say the least. Is a good dog tho for the history he has had.
  18. You guys are in the wrong section for the diagram. 96 is not a bused message to the overhead. @Fred96, does the little light on the overdrive on/off switch work?
  19. In these cases it is better to ask for forgiveness than permission.
  20. Psh. He likes to help me. I got another surprise but I'll wait till it shows up to share.
  21. He tried to steal it from me. When I put it back in the box he tried to take the box. Not sure if it was the small or shiny but he wanted it something fierce lol.
  22. If aeration were a problem we would see it in the last 100 years of diesel engines. We do not. Regardless of what type of low pressure system is used. Gravity, pressure or vacuum. That excessive pumping of fuel does nothing but warm the fuel. Airdog and fass both do this to keep the motors cool. It is part of the reason they rate their pumps so ridiculously.
  23. When is the last time you had the front cover off Brett?
  24. Ppump truck moves more fuel than a vp. I am going to use a new Cummins piston pump with a 973-1 valve spring upgrade. Which I actually got last week along with a new filter head. The turbo I was looking at is a 179176 but would have to buy a t6 housing for it. Weston has a Borg exclusive wheel and cover he wants me to try now which is a 72/106 with a 87/82 turbine. New to me 70 disc axle. and pdp fuel fliter.
  25. This is the 12v. The 76/87 will be a t6. No t4 primaries around here though it was considered. Injectors are a 5x.013 Weston put some work into. Hx35 will have a modified back plate to get more exhaust flow out of it but the wheels will remain the same until it dies which I do not see it being an issue with this. Goal is to be smokeless as possible. Only reason I am keeping the hx35. If it does not do what I want I'll go to an he351 based charger. Head lights. They are very easy to do and do not take much setup time. Really do not. I switched out to morimoto bulbs, ballast and wiring harness kit from ddm tuning. Though the bulb color choice does not match what my leds are and it's bugging me lol.
