Two stroke oil
You shouldn't... You might read a older thread... viewtopic.php?f=14&t=357&p=1782& Then you might think about this... Commerical Anti-Gel Additive... (Cennex Anti-Gel Additive) Which happen to be... So with that said you shouldn't mix them but if you have to be sure to only use it when needed... Being that Xylene is a solvent and it will reduced the lubricity of the fuel. Not to mention it will reduce the BTU content of the fuel...

Mopar1973Man done his first VP44...
Wow! That was easier than nailing jello to a tree! I just completed do my first VP44 install. To tell you the truth its easy as hell to do and takes just about 3-4 hours to do it taking your time. I will be updating my orignal VP44 install write up in the near future. There is a few notes and shortcut I found to make the install much easier. Sad part is I didn't grab my camera... (Should of!)

Adding Forward turn signal lights?
Well then there is the standard ol' sealed beam lights you can put into rubber grommets and mount... But that gets costly quick...I still think if you get creative you can make that strip work for ya...

Adding Forward turn signal lights?
I wish I knew where I saw it at but I fell into a link on a forum for LED lights. The light bar was mounted below the tailgate or on the tailgate and it had Brake, left and right turn signals, backup lights, and running light all in one bar on the tailgate...Sorry I don't remember but its out there! :thumbsup

Electricity From Sun
According to the shop we bought ours from a guy could shoot the panels with a 22 rifle and it should harm it as long as the wiring naver broke. But of course phyiscal damage from hail would be a PITA. Constantly fixing broken glass panes and repairing wiring...I don't think its a good idea for you...

BioDiesel and DPF systems
What is going on is the the DPF re-gen process actually is causing the injectors to fire during the exhaust stroke to attempt to burn out the DPF by blowing exhaust fire down through the filter. This suppose to burn out the filter clean. Actually the 6.7L engine might have more HP/TQ but there isn't many that can hold up to the old school for MPG's...

no power
Well there is 2 types of turbos... HY35 (Automatics) and HX35 (5 and 6 speed trans.)The HX35 turbo has a small piece of rubber hose going from a fitting on the compressor side ot the wastegate motor underneath the turbo. The HY35 has a solid metal tube that you can't access... But regardless if you pressurize the hose or the entire system the wastegate should move to the open postiion (rod movement towards the rear of the truck). This rod can be seen under the truck very easy.

Use a blow gun on a compressor and add some air to the hose on the turbo and see if it moves. Set you regulator on the air pressure to 25 PSI to see it move to open...

Fuel Pressure Gauge
Fuel pressure gauge usually comes by itsself. So I typically order a oil pressure tubing kit and it supplies all the fittings and ferrules for the gauge and for hook up...Then you need a needle valve from NAPA for $8 bucks (Weatherhead - WH6820)

P1693 Code by Itself!!!!
Just pointing out there is more errors so if the P1693 is with another code you good... But if the P1693 is by itsself then you got a communication problem...
