  1. Typically its the plastic stem between the stepper motor and the door. Never seen the control fail yet.
  2. Yes sir. Blend door is a electric stepper motor. The vent controls are all vacuum.
  3. Check the 40A fuse #12 in the PDC. Replace the blower relay.
  4. If you stand near a BHAF vs Stock Air Box you'll find the stock air box is quiet then the BHAF has a extra thumping noise. This is normal. What you gotta watch out for is the metal on metal knocking noises. Beyond that you can do a compression test to verify the engine. Blow By test its possible to pass a blow by test with a bad cylinder (piston or valve). Compression test will pick up the damaged parts in a lower than normal reading.
  5. I'll have to down grade to RV275 injectors...
  6. Might be part of a forum post somewhere. There was a conversation about the alternator ground contact points. As for the battery cables...
  7. Found a good article... https://internationalhighlife.com/17-best-high-cbd-cannabis-strains/
  8. Just a heads up. NAPA does NOT sell the main reservoir seal. That reservoir seal can be replaced without removing the pump. Not hard at all. I got the store manage to order a pump and stole the seal from pump. Then like I said I removed the 2 return hoses and the one pressure hose. Unscrewed the bolts and the regulator removed the reservoir and cleaned it out. Replaced the seal and slipped the reservoir back over the new seal and assembled again.
  9. Keep your terminals oiled. I'm still running the factory cables and no issues as of 17 years later.
  10. Fly on the wall. I'll be due for tires this fall.
  11. I wouldn't say its a total waste. There is some benefits to it just partial. The other half is how much should you consume? With CBD there is no real high from its so you don't get feedback from your body like the actual THC. What happens it seems like you consuming high amounts of CBD and not really getting a feeling. Where THC reports back with that high feeling. Like I know I'm about 1 hour lag on edibles and about 15 minutes lag on smoke (even industrial hemp). To mee it seem like you consume way more attempting to get the same relief as normal cannabis. Another way of looking at it. Biodiesel is high cetane and lower in BTU's (CBD) and petroleum diesel is low cetane and high in BTU's. (THC Cannabis). I know this is not exact but somewhat fits.
  12. Anyone can. Basically you take the plant (flower) and soak it in a alcohol solvent (Everclear is common). This rinses all the oils out of the plant matter. Now take the solvent mixture and place it in a rice cooker outside away from spark or flame. (Explosive). Cook this down till you have just the oils left like a tar. There is a problem you can use everything from rubbing alcohol, acetone, etc. Most quality oils are made with Everclear though. The cheap stuff my be with rubbing alcohol which I'm not a fan of. Still the problem is CBD is only half of the healing. There are now studies coming forward say that CBD doesn't cover as much as most claim because its just industrial hemp.
  13. I'm trying to figure out the PCM reflash? Shifting performance is a AC noise issues of the alternator. Just need the W-T ground wire mod. Then do the PCM protection fuse for the alternator.
  14. Same here I got a Timbo's APPS and Jacobs Exhaust Brake. As soon as the IVS is ground on the idle side then the ECM counts 2 seconds then enables the exhaust brake. I've got a second switch on my transmission stick that allow me to arm instantly on the exhaust brake.
  15. CBD is only half of it. As you can see there is THC, THCa, THCv, Etc. Then CBD, CBG, CBC, CBN, etc. This you can from the actually cannabis plant. Industrial hemp (Marketed CBD) is just the CBD. THC levels are below 1% and so low there is no concern of getting high. I've tried several industrial hemps very mild pain relief no where near as strong as typical cannabis. Works great if your just trying to dull the pain a bit to make it through the day but nearly strong enough to kill the pain. The THC is the part that knocks the pain out. CBD stores are everywhere in Ontario, OR but do not sell any plant matter at all. All edible things candies, snack food etc. You can get tinctures and take it in a liquid form. In any case with edibles the starting time of relief is at least 0.5 to 1 hour out for humans. I've seen CBD for dogs and small dog (toy sized) can get the effect in about 15 minutes.
  16. Yup. Blown out of the manifold. Yeah its spooky when a instant leak happens.
  17. Yup. Go for it.
  18. No idea. Never went inside the RV part. Just did my job and test drove it and parked in the yard.
  19. Very light amber color. Doubtful. She typically in the back country of Idaho.
  20. Exhaust brake is trigger not by voltage but the IVS of the APPS.
  21. Every 60k to 70k miles. 15k miles the filter is still clean. 30k miles the filter isn't even discolored yet. 45k miles the filter showing a small sign of color. 60k the filter is discolored. Still good fuel pressure.
  22. 2 micron if possible. typically the Donaldson's Filters I pick up are typically 3 microns.
  23. That could possibly be fixed. Pull the haust housing off. Warm up the exhaust housing in an oven or with a propane torch then dump it in a small bucket of diesel fuel. Let the heat and it soaking hopefully free the shaft and wastegate up. Might take several passes and some light tapping with a plastic or rubber hammer to shock the wastegate rust.
  24. @Threadzy Clean install. That spot is taken on my truck with the exhaust brake control valve.
