Fuel knock or timing knock or something else?
Just like you got it. The corrected engine load is fine. That means it took 100% fuel to get you rolling at a mere 25% throttle. Drag?

Interesting... Back to the OP make sure to log you MPG's and base your adjustments on MPG records. I think it was your VGT turbo which dropped the boost low at cruise speeds allowing for the timing to make up with the lack of boost. Where most of us with normal turbos are already in the boost pressure at 75 MPH and bove and need to cut timing back do to the boost pressure aiding in the ignition quality.

I'm using Libre Office which comes with Ubuntu Linux 18.04. No longer a fan of Microsoft products. https://www.libreoffice.org/ Light throttle timing should be based on your flat highway running at a MAX of 65 MPH. Take note of the engine load you want to add maybe 1-2% more than your flat highway engine load. Anything below 65 MPH should hit the cruise timing. Don't attempt to set for speeds higher this will lower MPG number. Anything above 65 MPH should be on the performance timing, not cruise timing. My typical engine load at 65 MPH is 20% I've set my last tune for 22%. 55 cruise load is 15% to 17% which is awesome and can easily keep the cruise state for speeds less than 65 MPH. Idle engine load is about 11% to 12% only 5% more than idle to keep rolling at 55 MPH I've noted instant MPG at about 24 to 26 MPG.

Might look at my tune and see what you'll get. My last tank was 20.3 MPG. Twisting enough torque to spin the tires if you get too deep into the throttle passing. Lots of power. The top end come up flat which is fine it is holding the EGT's down to mere 1,100°F to 1,200°F but you already wound up when it flattens out the power. I've not quite released this yet still cleaning up the tune more. iQuad-Economy-2019-04-05-07.30.5845649020.json

HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS mileage
Both? A transmission that is slipping excessively can produce excessive heat, work energy wasting in slipping parts convert work into heat and translates to lower MPG. OBDII live tool should be part of your home tool kit. Extremely cheap and work with most Smart Phones. Like I've got a OBDLink LX series which is sold for $49 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/ScanTool-OBDLink-Bluetooth-Professional-Diagnostics/dp/B00H9S71LW/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?keywords=obdlink+lx&qid=1554436859&s=gateway&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1 Manufacture site. http://www.obdlink.com/

Hawthorn Berry
This is a herbal pill I'm taking for my blood pressure. My doctor stated that I've got high blood pressure. I took the matter into my own hands and started taking hawthorn berry after my first surgery. My doctor isn't exactly agreeing with my use of hawthorn berry. What I see is my blood pressure is in the 117 to 123 range on the high side and 65 to 73 on the low side. I'm right at the normal blood pressure right now. I'll say I'm taking 3 150mg capsules (6am, noon, 6pm). Any others out there using hawthorn?

Could also be clutch problems too. The direct and overdrive clutches could be worn too.

OBDII coder reader will typically only provide error codes. OBDII live data tool typically will show all sensors it can plus error codes. Two tools that look nearly the same but are different in many ways.

Now I know that Jennifer @IBMobile wife is the one that suggests that I start taking vinegar in my diet. I would like to get more information going on this.

Cannabis
I'm going to say right off. I do understand that cannabis is illegal in Idaho. I understand the risks of this but I'm not using cannabis for the typical reason like general public thinks. When I was diagnosed with bladder cancer several friends came forward instantly telling me to get onto the CBD oils and CBD strains of cannabis. I've hooked up with several friends that got me plenty of herb for treating my cancer. I can say without a doubt that even with my daily responsibilities I've managed to sit down at night and medicate myself fairly well. Now the first thing I found out that cannabis really is a great sleep aid when you have pain from surgeries. I was very surprised how well I sleep and there is no hangover per se from cannabis use. In my case, the cannabis has managed to stop the growth of the cancer cells and stopped the bleeding in the early stage of my diagnose. I'd like to hear from others on this and what they learn about cannabis use and what they found in information for medical use.

HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS mileage
Possibly command more fuel. Again this would be seen in the Engine Load reading. It will show the percentage of fuel commanded. The MAP sensor only limits how much fuel per boost pressure. So if the boost pressure is low then the commanded fuel limit is low. This is part of the stock ECM smoke control. Sure sounds like bigger tires to me... Even my 235's or 265's where about 1,900 for 65 MPH. The 245's now are 2,000 RPM at 65 MPH.

HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS mileage
Ok. Another stab. RV275 injectors - How many miles on them? If they are over 100k miles they are done. As for the automatic transmission how many miles on that transmission? Has it been upgraded with better cutches, bands etc.? What is the fluid like (color and smell)? Do you have a live data tool like a OBDLink LX or similar? I would suggest checking the ECT and IAT sensor at start up. Both sensors should match the same temperature at key on. Then you might watch the engine load value the lower the value the better the MPG. Engine load is the commanded amount of fuel on a 0% to 100% scale so if your seeing high numbers this is how much fuel you commanding.

Umm.. Should be closer to 2200 at 70 MPH. At 82 MPH I'm a perfect 2,500 RPM.

Napa map sensors and truck not running well
My First set of DAP 7 x 0.0085 SAC @ 305 bar where very rough running and stalled quite a bit. Injector issues typically. Again MAP sensor has zero impact on idle and low speeds. A rough running engine is usually because the injectors are not spraying clean or nozzle issues or possibly crossover tube issues. I had barely 8k miles on those injectors and had to send them back. Bad injectors can happen at low mileage.

HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS mileage
EGTs have to be below 600°F for good MPG numbers. Like with my current tune set the cruise for 60 MPH and it hovers right at 550°F EGT's and twisted out 20.3 MPG. Can't complain one bit. 98% all highway miles. Just in 3 days done 566 miles already. Cold air hurts MPG's. Optimal IAT is 100-140°F. Below 80°F the MPG's fall off. Drag shows up as excessive high engine loads, EGT's above 600°F, etc

Same here... Not used as far as I know.

long crank,not loosing prime
Check the suction line which will never leak out but suck air in. The only way to find these leaks is to pressurized the fuel tank after you have a good prime. Then you might see moist spots where it was dry.

- Napa map sensors and truck not running well
Injectors... My first stop. Being no tuner stock or RV275. Map sensor has zero impact on idle. If had the Quadzilla we could diagnose the MAP sensor more. Data log and check it. Rough running and idle typically injectors.- Mopar1973Man's Crankcase Vent Modification
Be aware panic stop and steep slopes can and will push quart or more out yet. Makes to check you oil often if either condition occurs. Vent pipe prevents these two conditions from happening. The worse case I lost a full gallon. Be aware...- MAP sensor error
No longer. 1,100F and 0% back down. Tune has been change since then. Also the Pyro is wrong too 1482F LOL. Actually topped out at 1350F on the ISSPro gauge.- Big change in my life...
Yea! Today I get to drive 180 miles to Boise, ID to have the drain tube remove from my right ureter. When the last surgery was done the Doctor couldn't find my ureter in my bladder. The second doctor opted to push a stent in from my kidney down to my bladder. They left the drain in my back to make sure. I'm OK with that but I'll be glad to ditch this tube and the bag on my leg. As you can see I'm not slowing down one bit... I'm still holding my head high and stepping forward meeting this head on... - Napa map sensors and truck not running well
