I tend to agree. Much easier with high-pressure lines removed. Still can be done with the high pressure lines in place. The only trick is to remove the 4 bolts hold the lines loosen all lines so the whole pack of 3 will flex. Then you get just enough room to pick out the crossover tubes. Just depends if you got times or not.

I really hate those day working on the diesel and end up working on the fuel lines. Without fail I'll loosen a fuel line and be uncrewing the JIC fitting and have diesel running down my arm into the back of my shirt. Then work on a gasoline vehicle and have it do the same thing... The only difference is gasoline stinks. Diesel I don't really notice till MoparMom yelling at me about smelling like a diesel fuel tank.

My truck is the same wacky offset of speed too. Stock tire size and about 3 MPH high. Suppose to be set for 99.7 tire size but that calculates about 3 MPH high for some reason.

I would suggest going for the Invision Power Suite software because it covers all angles of website hosting. Just got to add the proper plugin and put content on the site. No coding experience required to keep the software going. Just like doing emails... That simple. Then once you manage to reach 100 connection limit and choke on GoDaddy I would suggest flipping over to iPage VPS (Virtual Private Servers). Way better control of the server, software, and configuration.

I bet the crank is junk too. After the top half of the block and cylinder walls leaving violently and ripping nearly all pistons off the connecting rods. I would have to say the crank is most likely bent. Your creating 810% more power than factory 6.7L diesel even produced. The block casting ripped apart. If that is 3,000 horsepower just think of the torque value and what it can bend with that force.

Do not sell this to anyone with oversized tires. I've got a quick ratio box coming from Blue top Steering Gear. Like Ryan said to me quick ratio is fine for stock tires and smaller like myself. Oversized tires need step down to standard ratio.

Need to ditch the tuner and jump up to a Quadzilla Adrenaline. The biggest thing you have ZERO control of the timing and very little if any control of the fuel. I'm able to touch 21 MPG with just the Quadzilla and no wiretap for one year. I know this is going off track a bit. Like my 1996 dodge 5.9L V8 I'm running 235/85 R16 tires on 3.55 gears this makes the final gear ratio about 3.43. Now after doing a bit of study work I'm going to change on this next set of tires from 235/85 R16 to 245/75 R16 which will drop my final gear ratio to 3.72 roughly. This will reduce the load on the engine. Now in your case you rear gears at 4.11 so what size tire are you running so I can find your final ratio.

I've got to ask what size tires are you running? Then do you tow heavy trailers? My OEM NV4500 went 265k miles before breaking the main shaft in half at the 3rd/4th syncro. Now I've rebuilt the transmission and now have 70k miles on the new transmission and no signs of 5th gear nut issues. I never had a 5th gear nut issue even on the first transmission.
