Kind of like mine showing 2 PSI of boost with the key on and engine off.

@MUDDY said he has the hub caps for these wheels I just now go to get them next time I hook up with him...

Np241hd fluid
That won't work with a manual. Being there is GL4 gear lube in the transmission and ATF in the transfer. Which this would be a bad deal for the transmission. Strange enough the G56 transmissions in the 3rd Gens run on ATF+4 as well. So who knows how mission critical it is to have the proper fluid...

Let's talk alternators
I'm not 100% certain but the socket isn't much. Then it attaches to the brushes of the alternator. I would figure its a plug more so.

ABS failure found!
Kind of tough to figure out ABS issues without being able to see codes. As you see my thread is based on fighting an ABS issues for over 2 years and spent lots of money on sensors and ABS module rebuild. I'm hoping is a basic issue like broken wire or a sensor that isn't fully plugged in.

I also vote for Quadzilla. Way better fuel to boost management. Then the ability to adjust your timing curve and cruise timing is something no other tuner can do for the 24 valve Dodge Cummins.

Looking for experience with fuel lines and PSI
Need to know what your WOT pressure is like. This is the most important number.

Where is the oil drain plug on this Cummins?

I'm just running Section ATF +3 and so far I'm almost 300k miles. No synthetics used. It about changing at the proper internals.

Commuication issues can be rough. Did you check the ECM plug for issues? There is a second plug on the cowl near the valve cover that could be loose double check those.

ABS failure found!
@dripley ok... Let's work through your problem. So you replaced the front sensors with the new wheel bearings. New rear sensor. Now have you ohm tested the leads from the ABS computer to the sensors? Have you checked and dielectric greased all connectors? Have you checked the tone rings for debris in the teeth? Beyond that I'm going to need to see the truck when you come to Idaho.

Boost leak question
I guess I should... I just wish I had more time to be in front of the computer to get things done. Send me a reminder PM...

ABS failure found!
I've got to refresh this thread and say that @Chris O. CCD network tool did the trick. Chris. O's CCD network tool was absolutely correct. The passenger side tone wheel was bad and created all the issues. Now both left and right wheel bearings have been replaced and all ABS and BRAKE light are now turned off and ABS is functioning properly. This is a first in like 2 years now. I'm going to have to create a killer write up on ABS diagnostics and how to test for these weird things with and without a DRBIII tool. ABS PROBLEM RESOLVED!!!

Sound like 4.10 gears in the axles. I know @Me78569 has a spreadsheet for gearing.

Wheel bearing failure.
I would like to say... My ABS light and BRAKE light are now off. The ABS issue is now resolved. Again I've got to send out a Thank You to @Chris O. for the Cummins CCD tool he produced. Without this tool I would have never found the issue for a very long time. Nice to see the dash lights out for the first time.

Sounds about normal for lockup of the torque converter. I think you crossing up the gear change for torque converter lockup. Lockup only drops about 250 RPM's but the actual gear change is rather way different.

Wheel bearing failure.
I got to publicly say "Thank you" to @MUDDY and Muddy's wife for bailing me out. I got down to Boise to drop MoparMom off at dialysis and went and ate breakfast. After breakfast, I want to go to Downtown Boise to pick up my girlfriend's grill guard for her Land Rover. So I hopped on the I184 and started head that way. Didn't take long and the vehicle started darting back in forth in the lanes. I slowed down and got off the freeway to look it over nothing appeared out of sorts. So I took city streets to the shop to get the grill guard. I started to hear the growling and grinding noise starting. The darting got worse. So I took care of the grill guard and asked for a floor jack. Sure enough the passenger side I assumed that failed was still good. The driver side was rather floppy. Muddy got MoparMom and Diesel back over to RV at his place. Then we went to get a trailer at Harold's to hopefully trailer it back to Harold's place. Needless to say that Harold's till deck doesn't work too good without ramps. It would flatten out before the last axle made it on the deck. We abandon the idea and got back home about 11pm that night. Next morning I unloaded Muddy's trailer of all his mill ends. Then we proceeded to go load my truck up. Hauled for Harold's and got it fixed up. I know Muddy go a video of me shaking the tire. So I replaced the on bearing and picked up a second bearing for the other side. I'll be installing today.

Typically these trucks come with 3.55 gears the other option is 4.10 but you won't be pulling at 80-90 MPH at all. Like my truck at 80 MPH is 2,400 RPM with 3.55 gears. Highly doubt that number... He most likely looking at the "Overhead Idiot" which is known to report some really goofy numbers if there is any tuner on the truck. The only way to get number accurate is hand math using a GPS odometer (if any oversize tires are used).

Raptor pump with low pressure
Raptor's with adjustable regulators have never been stable. The older design with the spring and check ball have always worked good. So yes it might be a yearly problem being the adjustable regulator design has always had an issue with holding good fuel pressure numbers. Also, the Raptor pumps have no return fuel line so they are more prone to cavitation issues and puts a lot a stress on the pump. Again like the full AirDog 100/150 pumps have the return line that keeps fuel flowing and reduces stress on the pump.

I need my music! How is best way in todays world
Like myself I've got the Kenwood deck similar to above just no USB. I can burn MP3 disc. If all the MP3 are 128k bitrate then you should get roughly 120 to 130 songs on one normal 700MB CD disc which typically is about 8-9 hours of music. Like on my phone I've got a little over 1.0GB of music which I can play through the AUX audio port. This feature I love. Like yesterday I was talking to a friend over WhatsApp. Then later on I can make phone calls through my stereo. The MP3 player on the phone automatically pauses for calls and unpauses after all call is done. Not to mention my bluetooth is used for the Quadzilla and it automatically pops back up after phone calls are done.
