Fuel Gelling with 2-stroke oil
I've got a few of those around here. But then we got a few that actual post up the pour point temps of the fuel too. What shocks me more than anything its like Idaho is on it own planet for diesel fuel and all the other states just don't give a rats about fuel quality.

Starting to mod my 2010 Hemi.
Rather expensive to get that transmission fixed. Wow!

Blue Chip Diesel FMS Box?
No. Maybe you should pop a pic to show us...

Well, the airdog, once again..
So you want me to come up and install the beast for you? I would say do a FASS pump of some sort and mount it up in the bed side of the truck and then talk to Eric @ Vulcan Performance and see about a old school plumbing kit if need be. I'm not sure what FASS has for plumbing anymore. I know this puts a pinch on you but you might as well do it right so this doesn't bite you and also mount it a way that winter cold doesn't get the filters. You should talk to Yankneck about his ideas...

Blue Chip Diesel FMS Box?
I'm not. But I've rode in one truck in Boise that had a Blue Chip box. I was impressed on the power. But once again most people don't think the price for the box and the limitations are worth it. Not exactly what I would want on top of my dash.

Why is my right tire wearing on the outside?
Ummm... Sometimes that isn't all true. Like my truck it now starting to show the feathering on the inside of the tires so I know I've got a mild alignment issues happening. I'll have to look it over and see what's going as well. I'm going to bet is going to be toe related.

Fuel Gelling with 2-stroke oil
I've gone from store to store and did my own digging. That's how I got this picture of the barrels of anti-gel or called PPD (Pour Point Depressant) behind a local Cenex Station. Like I said I'm rather fussy about where I get fuel. Like just down the road from me is Pinehurst Trading Post at 3/4 miles. I won't even buy diesel there if was cheaper. I know the fuel is not properly treated, low volume of sales, pump isn't filtered. Etc. But I know the local Chevron has to meet a certain requirements of standards. Below is the weather camera near me and I can see what I got for weather. South of me by 10 miles. http://lb.511.idaho.gov/idlb/cameras/camera.jsf?id=27&view=state&text=m&textOnly=false North of Me by 5 miles. http://lb.511.idaho.gov/idlb/cameras/camera.jsf?id=142&view=state&text=m&textOnly=false

Well, the airdog, once again..
That's bad. Now figure another $1,100 for the people without gauges and the replacement of the AirDog and the VP44. I've got those types around here in my local area.

Why is my right tire wearing on the outside?
bjytech I think is right. I'm not a alignment guy but I would figure you got one tire that is tracking straight and the other is dragging. I would like for worn parts and replace them first. Then consider heading to a alignment shop to be tweaked.

Well, the airdog, once again..
Between the Fuel boss and FASS would be my choice. But Ilikeoldfords pointed out your plumbing is already for the FASS.

Fuel Gelling with 2-stroke oil
Strange thing is I don't worry about cetane levels nor do I worry about pour point level. I only worry about lubricity. Now in 13 years I've never gelled up once. I'm very picky of fuel suppliers. Even with all the minus temps we get up here I've never had a issue with gelling up yet. To this day the only thing I use is just the 2 cycle oil.

Well, the airdog, once again..
Hmmm... Maybe if Charlie (Original Owner) still ran the show the pump would last as long as mine I'm on my home stretch for 10 years. I purchased my AirDog 150 from GOS Performance in 2006. Maybe if AirDog would listen to the customer base and suggestion maybe it would still be the same long lasting pumps.

Cracked Bezel
Nice... Sad the sun UV rays and heat makes all this plastic brittle.

Front Crank Seal
I've checked mine a few times and its dry as a bone. The one that didn't take very good was the vacuum pump. It leaking not bad but its leaving a wet spot on the cross member frame.

Travel Trailer Help
Even mine is a so-so 4 seasons design. I've got covered tanks and some of my heat is ported into the cover tank areas. The only problem is the water lines leave the inside of the RV to the outside to get under the slide and then pop back up in the bathroom. This is its weak spot being there is no heat for this one area of plumbing. So when even looking at a 4 season RV make sure all water plumbing remains inside the RV and doesn't go through the floor. Other than that my furnace does a excellent job of heating at minus weather and I will tend to agree with AH64ID it does suck up a bunch of propane but you will stay warm.

The 200 vs 190 thermostat expierment thread.
Being Florida is already warm it might not net much of a gain at all. Were up north here might actually help the numbers because of the extreme cold.

Travel Trailer Help
Like I got to friend just down the road from me that wants to do the same thing. He's in the market for 5th wheel approximately about 30 foot or so. Something he can haul with his Chevy 2500 pickup. He done with all the renting homes and them being shacks like his current place. He's got property just north of here and would love to jusy drop a RV on his open ground to live in. Now with that said I told him to consider being mobile. Now he's loving the idea of being up north for the summer with family for the summer and then go south to other family in the winter. He's also looking into the winter package RV's with heated tanks and plumbing. Because this will be his long term home.

Driver side door hinge
Personally I would just change the hinge out. I've tried doing that on a older car and fought for quite a while. End up crushing fingers and parts attempting to fix that problem.

The 200 vs 190 thermostat expierment thread.
I think you jumping the gun a bit too fast. 1.2 MPG could be just the winter. Not to mention possible driving habit changes. Like myself with the lower price of fuel I'm driving a bit faster now and seeing a 2 MPG drop just from that.

Travel Trailer Help
Like I typically tell people... Base the trailer on your living requirements. Make sure you fit the RV. Make sure the RV will fit the truck. Kind of sad to buy a huge RV you can't tow. I would suggest buy a used unit. Typically used RV have much less problems than new units.

Grandson
Congrads to you and your family. Better teach the little one about Cummins Diesel later in life because yours will most likely still running by the time the little is old enough to drive!

Fuel Gelling with 2-stroke oil
Dorkweed is the one that started the whole 2 cycle oil concept back in the day. I'm the one that ran with it... OE VP44 died at 50k miles (P0216) and was replaced. I'm at 240k miles now. OE injectors are still very function and just stored away. My RV275 Injectors where used about 400k miles and managed to get another year from them. But then replaced them with +50 HP injectors and here I am today...
