I'm also straight piped in the main house. But my problem is my chimney is so long from being a 2 story house that the tip of the chimney is known to build some creosote because of it's length. But What I do is run the stove good and hard twice a day and get the pyrometer up to 1,600 or so and then let it settle back down for the day or night.

I still shake my head. Harden steel disc held in by 1 snap ring. Then sealed with 2 o-rings one outer and one inner. Still in all the metal should protect the plastic from flexing. The metal will not flex at all I've tried.

Typically where you drag your tail across the seat.

But for the larger fuses in the PDC you can do that the only way to test is to pull them out and ohm test each one.

Check the fuses under the hood. They are best checked with a Ohm meter because a lot of times it really tough to see blown fuses.

I would look into the turbo and intercooler being you are using oil.

AH64ID what do you think about the whole BB idea?

Blocking the grill out will increase your IAT temps roughly 10-15*F giving a small boost to MPG. Like Wild and Free said its based on local weather. Like me I can bounce between +40*F to -20*F in 50 miles of driving.

I took care of my cables and batteries from day one so my cable are still in excellent condition and no replace or modification required.

??? Something doesn't add up. They assembled that shaft into that hydrobooster with a seal. I'm sure there is a way to remove it again. Clip, pin, screw, bolt something to separate.

Sounds interesting that for sure. I've heard of the ceramic beads and even heard of putting anti-freeze in tires for balancing agent. Steel BBs sound good I just wasn't sure if the steel cause a sandblasting damage to the wheel or the tires from rolling inside the tires? Technically if the steel BB's where smooth and clean then I don't see any problems for a daily driver rigs.
