Muffler or resonator delete
I can't comment on 3 inch I got my truck with a 5 inch and a see-through Muffler don't even know what brand. It's fairly quiet in the cab on long trips drone is fine unless I get over 75 mph, which I rarely do.

It will probably set a code for map sensor but I don't care about that. That's another reason why I want to put module on a toggle switch so I don't have to pop the hood every time to unplug it and plug it back in. The other red wire from quad goes to a fuse on the side of dash and I got mine after the fuse so it's protected from surges or at least I hope so. But to be honest with you guys I hate to even use the winch or jumping anyone because of the weak charging system and how it could potentially Fry Electronics. In this case I miss my old 76 Chevy pick up, I've pulled so many people out of ditch and just playing around so ridiculous never had wiring or charging issue, even after draining battery almost completely dead few times.

Yes but will cancel out when set temp is reached. I was aiming more towards using high idle when winching without changing levels and messing with warm up settings

I would go with stainless steel like @jlbayes recommended- Turbo Blanket, MoparMan's Filter "Shield, or Both?
If you have your high idle and 3 cylinder high idle enabled in ECM with your smarty, then by putting this kit on you can turn these functions on at will at any temperature. if you get Quadzilla it already has high idle built in it, v2 tuning will allow you for tuning best mpg ( this kit was designed way before V2 tuning) but where I see this kit come in handy is if you don't have Quadzilla or other means by enabling these modes ( high idle 6cyl and MPG (puts ECM timing map towards retarded mode)) then the switch is a way to go. Also I see a benefit of using the switch in 3 cylinder mode even for a few minutes when it's 0 out, another thing would be for using 6 cylinder high idle if using a winch or jumping someone, as I'm skeptical about frying Quadzilla box with too much amp draw. So I'm thinking about putting a toggle switch to Quadzilla power wire that goes to a battery + and toggle It Off when winching or jumping. Also Quadzilla high idle only works on level 0 and sounds like it would be a challenge to reprogram that to work on any level, so that's where I think high idle switch would shine also. And I know I made this sound confusing but if you start messing with it you'll figure it out.- 3,000 HP?! When is it enough?

What is he trying to say that's wrong with tranny, and how stupid is he trying to drive it in 5th gear, he couldn't push it in a shop or come up with something. I'd be mad about clutch and expecting him to buy a new one, and no way I'd want his dumb as. touching transmission. Maybe I don't know the details but from what I hear he is an idiot. Haaaa, it's so easy I was in full retard mode trying to find where relay trigger grounds went. And all I need is ground a heavy wire that can support both relays coils then got to switch then to relays. Thanks for clarification @Tractorman once again. You can send it in as a core usually $100 to http://www.northamericanturbo.com Zach is who I dealt with. I chosed to keep my turbo as spear vs $100 and had him built me a hybrid that was a direct bolt in. 62/67/12 You can talk to him and see what he recommends. My total to my door was 800 some bucks and got it by end of the week. It's definitely laggier then hx35 but not much, you will need bigger injectors 100-150hp would be about right. With quadzilla and v2 tuning get 7x12 which I believe are 250hp and tune accordingly. But right now I'm running 75hp injectors and with tuner off I can not make any smoke, with hx35 it had some.- ECM failure or wiring issue?

Either I missed the answer to my question order has never been answered fully. If I put a toggle switch to toggle negative side of trigger wires for relays, do I splice in somewhere near the relays or do I follow small ground wires to a body someplace and toggle at that terminal, which is what I kind of want to do instead of splicing wires.- Push starting a manual transmission Cummins

I'm now wondering if it's possible to push, roll, pop, bump, kick, start an automatic Cummins with torque converter locked up ( on a switch )- ECM failure or wiring issue?
