That sucks, definitely looks low on grease. What brand of joint is that, guessing front axle shaft? Looks like it's been busted before maybe on install, how it already has rust on some surface. Try not to beat them in place and use a press, or irina can crack, same goes for bearings.

Would you say with my 62/67/12 I should go with 7x10 also, or little bigger. My 75hp are OK but canbus is maxed out by 30psi or even sooner. With wire tap I'll hit 42 43 psi sometimes for some reason it will get to 45. I know my Turbo is not meant for anything over 40 psi but just for reference. Reason I like 7x10 option is just in case something happens to the quad I'll still be able to drive without too much smoke. Idk just one othem moments where I think I can benefit from bigger injectors with this turbo.@Mopar1973Man @Me78569

Had a question on studs. If you reuse studs do you still need to retorque them, or are you not supposed to be using studs. Or is the retorque more for the head gasket and not for stretching a stud. Reason I'm asking is on my truck I have A1H11 studs from PO, I reused them and the read online that they don't require retorque. I wasn't sure what to torque them down to so I went to 135. One thing I did do is after everything was torqued down to specs to final torque, I went through the sequence and loosened up each one relubed it and retorque right back down to final 135. I've done this before on other vehicles and never had a problem but just want to get your expertise opinion.

I'm with you on that, I guess I just never sat down and thought about it that hard. I got a single 62/67/12 and I like it, but with everyone lately going to compounds thinking about it myself now, just need to figure out what I'll tell wife without starting a war. I believe you could still use an exhaust brake he'll just have to be an inline one, but I am not 100% sure if it effects the way compounds work, I just thought was part of the reason I got a turbo I have so I can still use my bolt on exhaust brake. @jlbayes will be your best advisor on compounds and injectors.

@SGTmurph there is a reason it's called lieometer, need to verify by hand calculating. My litometer always tells me about 6-7 miles higher than it actually is. I got my quad dialed-in about perfect now at 155 for offset, when I fill up and hand calculate, it's pretty much dead on. I've been averaging 17-19 now that the winter is gone.

Yes that is definitely the key, all of the things I've done prior to this job are now paying off. I'm the only one that is trying to keep things clean including bathroom, tools after i get done using them, job site bla bla bla. I had a lot of experience in fixing things like cars, trucks, small engines, furnaces, washers, dryers, I mean everything. I was never scared to tear something apart. I can go on for a while on things I've done just like a lot of us here, but the key is not to be lazy, and also have a balance between hard work and eating some sort of lunch and a bit of rest. I skipped a lot of that and over worked myself, that's why my body has been falling apart. So now I'm a bit smarter about it. Ahh I'm getting side tracked again, point I'm trying to make is because I wasn't scared of hard work I got moved up and then was asked to take a superintendent position that required school, as much as I didn't want to go back I did and it's paying off now. Wife thinks I should go get an engineering degree but man when am I going to start leaving a life, it's never enough for some. It's not how much you make its how you spend it, to a point. You know you can go broke buying deals right...
