Hopefully that fixes it, and if not we will all help with what we can, but I'm pretty sure whatever money you want to offer everyone will tell you just donate to this place.

Airdog filters only?
I just changed my filters, they were original that came with fass about 3 years ago and roughly 20K. I noticed that my PSI has been steady around15-16, where before it was closer to 18-19. Filter media didn't look that bad, the filter was slightly darker than the water separator. At first I thought I was wasting time and money changing them because they look so good but now my pressure is back to 19 PSI. I had another fass fs-1001 that I put back and forth fuel filter I used Donaldson p553203 that is supposed to be fws3003. Maybe next time I'll buy some big ones like that, just don't know if I like how they hang down.

6 Speed manual transmission ~ NV5600 ~ General Questions
I've been running right at 8 qt of amsoil 5-30 synchromesh stuff with one fass cooler on driver side and a filter on the other. Reason you put filter on passenger side is oil naturally flings that way, and gravity drains back though filter media to tranny. I fill it through shifter tower to top side bolts of pto cover looking down through shifter tower. Comes out to about 8qt, depending on if you get it all out when you remove pto covers. I scooped as much as I could out with my hand and lifting rear end up/down. That's where all sediment was too, part of the reason I put filter on passenger side. Fass now offers a filter that fits inside of their cooler, my problem was it's too long and my 5" exhaust would be in the way, so I went with http://www.quad4x4.com/catalog/category/filterkits It's not as tall and clears my exhaust. Also if you don't want to run amsoil, penzoil synchromesh has been recommended to me by a local reputable tranny shop. Biggest thing is over filling it, I think a sweet spot is right around top side pto bolts, otherwise you're guessing how much to put in. On the other hand I've put 400ml in last 2 days in 95f weather and empty on hwy going 70-75 my tranny temp was 170-175. Which seems high to me, but my mpg on this tank were right at 18 hand calculating. Maybe I'm running to much oil and there for the heat @AH64ID But I do know you want at least 1 extra qt because of a bearing location, (too high) and gets minimum amount of oil, so it fails, that's what my local shop told me. And reason for filter is to get all fine brass particles from synchros out of oil along with other junk. I've had mine on for few years now, soon I'll be changing the filter. Can't wait to see what it trapped if anything. There is a huge debate about it. I wanted to know for my self if they work.

Airdog filters only?
@notlimah I'm going to have to get me a set now, are you using them on fass 150 titanium? My original filters both have drain on them and I've had them on the truck for almost 3 years now I think 20k or so. Fuel pressure seems good, not sure if I'm going to change them yet. Not much rust ether on outside.

Low pressure can be costly or it can get you through a mud hole all how you look at it

I’m a Newbie and need help
If you want to do it right the first time, you need to get 1/2" big line kit and also modify your fuel basket so it's all in 1/2" throughout. There are right ups on this here. I chose to go with fass 150 titanium and bypassed factory fuel filter, only relying on fass, you will get mixed reviews here. I also modified my fuel basket with draw straw 5 or you can buy already modified one from Vulcan and save time. You're probably looking close to $1000 to do it right, this is just my opinion and we all know they are like a.. ols belly buttons everyone got one. At least you're on a right track.

Try running cold water over top of vp when it doesn't start and see if it starts after, could be psg on vp if they reused old one when rebuilding it. Good to know. You need a delay relay mod, it's here someplace @Mopar1973Man Make sure you're not drawing power for your lift pump from ECM, and I would also look into upgrading to a better pump that can give you steady 17 18 PSI

Well the Order is in
I found it funny I'm sure Nick did too, we're all here to give each other crap once in awhile. He probably didn't reply cuz he has other things on his mind. Idk I think most of us are passed the point of getting mad at jokes, life is too short we need to have some fun. If we didn't give each other crap once in awhile, that would just mean we don't care. Part of the reason I hate texting is you can never tell where the inferences are, face expressions and so on. So it can easily be mistaken, especially with someone you don't know personally. Nick I hope I'm on the right track here

hopefully you're just losing prime, but kind of weird that it starts first thing in the morning. does your wait to start light comes on right away when you turn key on ACC and do you wait for it to go off before starting. Also 12 PSI is too low, 14 is minimum, you really want to see about 16 to 19 on average, but that should not be a problem why it doesn't start has more to do with longevity of VP.

Alternator rebuild kit
I believe diodes are designed in amps or something like that, so if you use hi amp upgrade these diodes from store on this site may not be strong enough. They will work with stock Denso and not Bosch. Unless you really need more amps I would just replace diodes for now or buy a whole new alternator that's ready to go.

Alternator rebuild kit
With my AC on full-blast and stereo I'm at .025vac and with everything off .018 before this mod I was at .035 with everything off. Definitely worth it

Remaned ECM took out vp44?
Yes I'm very confused right now. I'll be getting my spear ecm next week sometime, so hopefully I'll have time following weekend to install it and see the outcome. Sure hope I won't have to change out vp after. On a side note, do I just unhook negative cables and maybe cycle key and then unplug ecm and plug new one in?

Quadzilla & EGTs
I believe in your canbus 14psi should be 131 judging by increases you were using and the rest would go up by 1 also, but maybe not. Just seen it and thought I'd mention it. Probably not noticeable ether way, it just stood out. What have you been averaging on this tune so far.

Remaned ECM took out vp44?
Well just got this email from ACS sounds like they did eneible 3-cylinder, I just wonder if it's all one option or you can do it separately. Meaning if you can enable 3cyl without enabling 6cyl high idle.

AirDog 150 - Finally failed
Congrats, I wish when mine started to leak, airdog would send me a new motor for free. When I called them and explained my problem, they said since I wasn't original owner it wasn't covered. Then I tried to get parts from them with no luck. So I got a Fass now, airdog will never see another dime from me, because I think they should cover the product not who owns it. That's how all those part stores are able to sell you lifetime warranty junk and still make money, because most of people won't have a vehicle long enough for parts to go out. I ended up figuring out what seal and O-rings to use eventually and rebuilt that pump myself, so now it's just sitting on the shelf. In all honesty my next pump with be mechanical.

7x.012 with HX
What did you have your pop set to when you got them, sounds like anything over 330 is not a good idea. I mainly want to set it higher than normal just so they last longer.

Algae in Fuel
Ok, so I have a question here. Let's say my fuel doesn't sit too long in a tank and gets freshened up frequently, my psi stays consistent at 17-18 do I still need to change filters every so often so algae doesn't grow.

Remaned ECM took out vp44?
Well that sucks.....just when you think..... I guess I'll have to wait and see how mine turns out, not sure now if I even want to plug it in lol.

Remaned ECM took out vp44?
I'd like to know also which company is trying to screw you. If it's Auto computer specialist (https://autocomputerspecialist.com) then I'm in disbelief because of all the other success stories I heard about them. And I just spoke with them myselflast week with good results. I guess I'll see when I get my ECM back from them.

Why is there even a key counter in a first place. So can this drb3 tool rogramm things too or does it only read data.

7x.012 with HX
Man I want to get 7x12 now if you can manage it with stock hx35 I'm sure 62/67/12 should be a lot better even without quad, we'll maybe not on take offs. I was thinking about getting 7x10 7x11 but ... Did you try running it on level 0 which should be factory with boost fooling only? If not can you try it and see how bad the smoke is on take off and when you get going. I'm curious....
