I believe it's time for a new dash
I've been avoiding spending money on a dash, but it seems that my fiberglass job from 6-7 years ago is starting to fall apart. Been looking at Geno's and LMC also my bezel seen better days too so I'll be getting that at same time. I know @dripley used LMC and said he liked it, how do you like it now? Still happy and all? By the time I put dash and bezel in checkout with shipping from LMC to my door, estimate is $418 Seems pretty steep for some plastic and not even sure if LMC is plastic or abs or whatever it's made out of, looks like good reviews thought. I wanted to try some sort of leather or fake leather and glue it on top of the dash to keep it all together, but seems like by the time I'll spend money on material and labor I'll be better off just getting new dash. Feel free to post your findings with whatever dashes you went with, I'm not interested with top covers, I'll be replacing the entire dash. @JAG1 feel free to hijack. Added some pictures here, my old repair and almost forgot I'll be drilling some holes in the new one oh well I like my gauges enough I don't mind.

You can check the screen on the pressure line to the pump, if it's clean it's possible the pump is getting weak, maybe do the mod for more flow

Sounds like best solution is to bypass all the garbage and go with a relay and a switch.

Right now I got it in the end of bhaf, I drilled a hole and put it in. Next time instead of drilling filter I'll drill the elbow from turbo to filter, mine is plastic k&n from po. Or I won't use it at all, never seen it move with bhaf, usually filter just starts to look old and I change it. I'm on my second one now and after 4 years it still looks new, but I don't really drive on gravel mostly hwy.

Also put your max timing at 30 and depending on what level you're driving around on anything above 3 is wire tap and your settings are low for it so if you're on lever 4 or higher you might be always using wiretap. With your big injectors you really don't need it to come one before 20 lb of boost. Pump low boost, change from 5 to 20. Or at least look into it. Boost scale most leave at 40. You're just compressing the map to 35 more agressive.

It sounds like you may have some restriction issue with it and with my foot I need all the air I can get, I'd like to stick with a bigger one, just can't remember part number for it.

I'm pretty sure you don't need to program anything as long as the ohm range is same or close. Newer vehicles have too many modules that need to be programmed everytime you do anything, that's why I'm staying a way from them as long as I can. I did get a tdi vw 2013 and it was a pain to deal with just by putting in cp3 in there vs original cp4 they came with. I know this isn't apples to oranges comparison but still to do anything on that car you need vcds and bla, bla, bla everything is on micro switches that work off 5 volt reference and milliamps and so on. all I can say is good luck to everyone with new vehicles when they start to break.

I can't remember which one had the still mesh inside to keep media from being sucked in. I was going to get one back last time we talked about it and forgot to do so now I'm it was the bigger size filter.

I don't know which two are for level, I would try different combinations, but yes you would need the sender out so you can move the float. Unless you knew the resistance values of full and empty you could go off that too, depending on what you have in the tank.

Not that I'm aware of, I had mine out few times and never did anything special. You can use an OHM meter to check the sending unit make sure it works, if it does then it's in your wiring.

Personally I would get the quad with v2 and Bluetooth for Android and not look back if you're keeping the truck for a long time. If you're staying with 40-50hp injectors you may get away with a canned tuner but always be limited on what you can do. 700 is not cheap but over say 10 years it's not bad, I had mine about that loong now. In the beginning I thought of switching to edge, but fortunately I kept it long enough and v2 came out, all the sudden it became the best tuner for vp trucks. Glad I was patient all these years.

Could have entrapped air in system being it's leaking and he's probably adding fluid. You can always try this.

depends on a ranger you come across, most will tell you to quit screwing around, had one that was curious on how I was doing that, so I had to show him haven't done that in a while, not sure what would happen these days, probably nothing good.
