What kind of fass pump, if you have three lines which one of them returns back to the tank, then more likely problem is in the check ball and spring. After 5 years of having my fass my ball finally wore out, wouldn't build pressure above 14 put a new ball in, back to 19 psi. If your gauge is bouncing you need to put a snubber/needle valve so you don't destroy your gauge.

You must have misunderstood, I was just saying that I actually got to hear my truck run on three cylinders which was weird. But now I put my original ECM back in because other one had no tach signal.

Guess I wasn't aware that they one that you can use the five bolt flange on. Maybe when I was looking it wasn't available so I had one custom built.

Divorce liquidation
I'm a simple guy and would like to live a simple life. My wife has always been chasing the Joneses and being jealous of someone else's possetions, which is unfortunate. I know it's a disease in our society these days, people want things without trying too hard. All these soap operas on tv along everything else on tv controls weak minded people and makes them slaves to this evil system we live in. More, more, more and if you can't provide then I guess someone else will. Not all are this way but unfortunately bigger part of population is. And somehow it's twisted around to put blame on those who try, what a crazy world we live in.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, make sure to do WT mod and check alternator for ac noise to prevent next ECM damage. Also if you still have 01 ECM you can send it to auto computer specialist ACS and have them reprogram it to your truck. Just be specific with them on what you need, I sent them my spear ecm and they fit that for $150. I did make a mistake when I first got it I never plugged it in my truck so I had no idea on condition other than guy told me it came out of running truck. Well everything works fine on it aside from that I was loosing a tach signal, quadzilla was still showing rpm but my dash didn't. I was told my pcm was bad and needed to send that in but I knew better, put my original ecm back in and it's fine now. So I'm not sure how ecm affects the tachometer signal, maybe it was just a coincidence. I also had them activate cold idle aka high idle. Tried it with @Mopar1973Manswitch on 3 cyl and got to hear my truck running very weird. Now I got that spear ecm on the shelf, hopefully will never need it but who knows. This type of spare parts that don't take much room and are important nice to have.

Sorry to hear that, maybe it's for the best. I also have a lot of issues with my wife, it's been a struggle to keep things going. No matter how much I give it's not enough and now I've cut her talking to her boos at work sending him pictures of her self. She said it's nothing and that I wouldn't understand but I think I do, I'm not that not2bright. Seen the painting on the wall for a while just need to decide what's best for everyone most importantly kids. I may just rough it out for now unless something big happens. Life is great, people suck.

P0341 Cam Sensor
Good point, it was nice out

P0341 Cam Sensor
I changed mine a when I first got my truck chasing electrical gremlins on surging. I kept the original sensor so now I have a spear. Didn't think it was hard to change, took me 10-15 minutes maybe

Bucking on warm starts
WT mod and check ac noise is the first thing to get done. Then check all other cables/grounds, then we go from there. How low? Just what you said foil and bd isolation this means you have electrical issues.

The 2 wires going to vp module are stainless steel, the ac noise is measured at alternator with good quality vac meter at alternator stud not batteries or any pumps. Sounds like dirty connection are at work with some potential ac interference

need help deciding on a turbo
Didn't mean to tag Loren's I can't delete it ether. I like my turbo it does what I need. The only reason I had it built this way is to get it close to 362 that everyone gets but still keep my exhaust break. Otherwise I'd just get the 362 with 4" downpipe and call it a day.

No electrical - ZIP. Up a creek without a paddle!
If your fuel system is in good shape and not introducing air in, you should be ok with just factory filter, you can add another spin on inline. Air will destroy things overtime, cavitation is not good. My truck had airdog150 when I got it ran fine first few years then started leaking fuel out of weep hole. Airdog wouldn't warranty it or sell me parts to fix it just kept trying to sell a new pump, so I got a fass titanium now. If I did more research back then I'd get a mechanical and some spin on filters inline. I now have a limited life time warranty that covers pump and motor as long as I own it, going to be hard to switch now to a mechanical. Not sure if raptor is strong enough to put more filters inline, someone else may help with that, I always thought they weren't anything special to spend money on, but I guess they work ok on stock trucks.

I'm thinking just drilling it out a hair instead of to .2" something in between.

Power steering again
Good to hear that this mod has worked for many people and easy to do. I've researched it some more and some claim that it may shorten the lifespan of a pump, what do you think.

Injectors
Wow, that's the most cracked head I've ever seen personally. I hope you trust that shop, because around here there are some crooks that will say they had this bad knowing they have a bad one in the shop, they will just rework your old head and sell it back to you twice the cost, then show you or give you the cracked one they had laying around. Not saying that's what happened but it has happened quite a bit around here, especially in the racing world. I always mark my head or whatever I take in with a small punch in the place where it doesn't look obvious then take few photos. That's how some of these people get caught, guys mark their stuff and are told it's junk, they say well let me see the old one and shoot enough it's not theirs. Back to your thread, hopefully what you have now will last a long time and you can work rest of the bugs out.
