NV5600 Fluid, Fast Coolers, Filter
Majority of wore parts were in there, I'm happy I got it. Hopefully won't be looking in there anytime soon. Another note, this amsoil smells different then last batch, I had a bottle left and for whatever reason smelled both and they sure smell different. Maybe different additive package, be nice to know why, now I'll be wondering fool.

NP241 DHD tailshaft bushing part number
Got it all back and took it for a drive, seems fine no leaks yet, time will tell I guess. That snap ring was fun getting back together, made a little jamming to keep it spread out, worked like a charm. Need a drink after this, happy Saturday .

NP241 DHD tailshaft bushing part number
Ok I'm about to start crying. Took the tail housing off after I remembered the snap ring got the bushing pressed out and decided to measure old and new before I installed it. Well new is .010 bigger I'd, old bushing is better then new. Now I'm stuck with it till I find a right bushing, this one I got from local tranny guy that's been doing it for 40 years, hard to believe he'd make a mistake. Unless when it gets pressed in housing it shrinks. My bushing had some side wear and looks like tail housing bearing was spinning in the case. May need new case bushing seal and maybe yoke to make it right or I'm just going to slap it all back with new seal and call it a day, tired of it. @KATOOM did you ever figure it out. top is where snap ring is split, you can see gold color on the right from torque I'm guessing. And you can see where bearing was spinning righ in front of snap ring is the polished area. Drove new bushing in and it deformed because of drain hole and did get smaller in I'd, driveshaft fits tight now. Something is wrong, it shouldn't deform like this. But it is tight idk, stupid truck stuff.

Best mod ever
Got tired of elbow robbing on armrest especially on longer trips, desided to try some padding. First I used some packaging foam made out of plastic but it wore out in few weeks, so I got kids floor puzzle tile and cut it out of that, because it always comes out of it even after months of crap sitting on it. So I give you this, enjoy.... Thank me later, btw I used hot glue gun, worked perfect.

NV5600 Fluid, Fast Coolers, Filter
I couldn't wait any longer, plus I wanted to relocate temp sensor and add a cooler cover with a sight glass , then I had a beer and got board. So I got the filter out to see what it all trapped in 4 years and about 30k. I was surprised that fluid came out pretty much as it went in clean with minimal synchro shavings. I believe most of garbage got trapped in this little filter gizmo. I had my doubts that it would do anything, but to my surprise it trapped stuff. Filter was still not plugged just discolored, there are 2 rare earth magnets one on each side of filter that had little bit of dusting on them. Overall I'm happy with the results and probably won't touch filter for at least 60k or more. Got it all rtv back, sometimes tomorrow I'll put fluid back through shifter tower. Then I got to deal with tcase. Got new bushing for driveshaft that I had forever and new seal to put in. The back housing is weeping around that aluminum gasket and it looks like some sort of aluminum goo that is seeping, weird. Fluid came out clean, will find out tomorrow. Tired of this drip, but it's Soo small that when I filled tcase last time I overfilled it just a bit and when I went to drain it I took too plug out first to see if it's full and some fluid came out. So the leak is minute but is driving me nuts.that fuzzy stuff is a chunk of a filter, I rtved it to that cover, so when I yanked filter off some of it stayed. It's not metal shavings.

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
My engine load is about there but rpm is lower, so I'm still confused as to what math applys here

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
I miss derailing threads, sorry @hdpwipmonkey Guess I'm kinda on topic talking about injectors and belly buttons. @Mopar1973Man I'm confused now, if you still have 320 bar after 100k then you're doing awesome. I'm just not sure with all this data where I am at this point with my numbers. Figured I'd be around 300bar with my readings. I'm definitely getting confused now

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Well ..... life got a hold of me. Got busy at work, then was trying to change jobs little closer to home that didn't work maybe for the best. Wife ended up changing her jobs, not sure how that will turn out yet, she's not too happy at the moment but it is a paycheck. Her other job subbed her department out to India after all that talk a year ago at their annual get together they were bragging on how they care. It's all how you look at it I guess. Just seems that this year is so screwed up I had little time to respond or comment, I did try to keep up, but I'm probably a month behind on reading. Maybe I'll start catching up now that things are slowing down a bit. Good to know you are all here as well, I miss being a small part of it at times, good people here although we all have our belly buttons.

You me and plenty others i changed injectors 4 times in last 50k firs 3 times not knowing what I wanted the last one was hoping to get few hundred thousand out of, not sure if it'll happen. Make sure the engine is up to temp all assesories are off etc, at least that's how I did it. Guess outside temp may have something to do with that.

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Well guess I'm not doing too bad then, hard to believe I'm still holding 320bar, unless there's something else is off that our trucks are different on to make your load like mine and rpm higher. @Mopar1973Man any idea as to why the difference. I remember when I got injectors installed they were around 12 load I want to say. Need to find my old posts and see, @JAG1 don't even think about changing my data

Did you get them set at 320bar by a chance, if you did that's why they are clean. Mine are smokier then when I first put them in few years ago but still not bad, and now I believe I'm hearing an injector knock hope I'm wrong. Only have about 20k on them. Engine load is 4-7 rpm 811-818

Hey Guys!!!
I'm sorry don't take it the wrong way, I thought it would be a funny one to post since no one has replied yet. Good to know old members are still lurking around. I myself had not much time either, wife is getting a new job because her old one got eliminated, and I'm in the process of getting a new job closer to home myself, lots of tough decisions to make lately. e things work out for everyone in the end.

oil additive
Not sure if I'd let oil sit in engine 6 years regardless of miles. As soon as you ran it through the engine it starts to break down and become acidic. Oil in the jug can sit for ever but once used in engine it's your call. I've seen people get away with that even after 10 years, same oil is still in this one car I know of and it gets 100 miles a year maybe. I wouldn't go pass 2 years myself, if really had to 3. Amsoil makes some stuff that has additives to be able to go longer times and it's synthetic. If you're planning on doing long intervals I'd change to amsoil and a bypass filter from them. I got one in my sig, and using 90 filter, changing every 2 years. Regular oil filter and oil I change once a year roughly 10k on cen-pe-co parafine oli. Bmk21 is the bypass
