Harmonic Dampner Inspection
Wonder if new stock balancer needs balanced to the rotating assembly. I always took my balancers and flywheels to machine shop with block and crank when building crap back in the day. I can see how a fluid one will be just field as it balances itself every time

Cracked manual trans mount
I have a slightly different opinion it looks like exhaust hangs there, my assumption is it may have cracked over the years, then when he did work he just welded it (with chicken weld) Reason I say this is I would think it would bend before braking and I don't see any evidence of it being bent, plus bolt hole is there to make it weaker. Not saying he's not a clown or at least should of said something, like hey this piece is busted, I band-aid it, but you should probably get a new one.

*Oil Consumption 5.9 Cummins with 87K-Valvoline Premium Blue Restore Oil*
Take alveolar cover off and see if seals worked them self of guides, happened to me, then retainers beat them up and you have smoke on start up. I didn't drive it that way long enough to see how much oil I was losing, just replaced the seals. Oh wait it wasn't just... I had to reinvent the wheel on mine, long story.

*Oil Consumption 5.9 Cummins with 87K-Valvoline Premium Blue Restore Oil*
I would try capping off your vacuum pump completely at the pump, just put a rubber cap where the hose comes out of it. There was a another member recently had same issue, he was dumping oil out of breather tube. Guess if it doesn't dump on the ground, could be something more serious. Any mods to the truck?

Random dead pedal
I'm pretty sure I have big charge wire that will go to passenger side battery through a 150a reset broker, then a small plug blue and green, you need to put a fuse on blue to protect pcm, this is @Mopar1973Man mod that already saved few pcms. What year is your truck maybe someone put a different alternator on yours

So much information coming out that all points to a long planned agenda, crazy. Who do we believe, the media that is constantly getting cut lying or crazy people on Internet I'm starting to wonder a lot does anyone have any legit information to shear. Guess not... BTW I can't seem to use my phone to do anything on this site. Keeps saying if I want to download it again?

Getting rid of the rust
Yhea I hear you, but still better than having a huge monthly payment. I can see if my truck made me money daily then I'd probably get a new one and trade every so often, but I only use it when I need it and it's more of a hobby to keep me sain in this life. So I guess I'll keep working on it for now and may be some day my kid will figure out that it's something to have and keep it a live. Then again if things keep in same direction, not sure if I'll be around or trucks will be legal, guess we wait and see. All I know is I'm not taking no force anything, live free or die is my way, hope it's same for many others.

Excessively high load (still) need help figuring this out please
What if obd link is not reporting the exact load number. If the truck runs good and you're getting good power and mpgs, then maybe there is nothing wrong. I believe load is measured with canbus at 4065 being 100% load, so if something isn't calculating correctly then it's not true load.

Getting rid of the rust
You have a nice wife. I think the only good comment I ever got from mine was, it's quieter in the cab now since I put fte resonator on. This was my temporary fix

Mine been like that for few years, good tune and shouldn't really need it.

airdog 4g 150 install trouble
Not sure if I'd go with that. 1/2 " all throughout is the way to go if you don't want big psi swings on full throttle and modified truck. Sure maybe for a stock set up a decent lift pump is all you'll need. I've experimented with return and suction lines when doing mine and found that unless you go 1/2" everywhere, there will be higher psi swings. the only thing I'd do different now is get the mechanical pump, then I'd be set on fuel system.

Tire recommendations
At first I didn't care for Hummer rims but they look good on your truck
