You guys need to eat your wheaties before tightening up the bolt

Lost ?
Many put so for better flow rating, I think they say ho is good to 500+ hp and so high 600s. HO is a little better for dd/efficiency.

Lost ?
Maybe you answered it before, but any codes?

HELP
We always say start with codes, which you did, then go through all grounds. Do a WT mod it helps a lot of things. To me it sounds like a bad connection, before you get all crazy with ECM, pcm, cluster, etc, I would make sure your wiring and batterys are in good shape, maybe check alternator for AC noise.

Best place to get power for switch box
Correct, I'm using that lug for few lose things I had on battery too. Through that 140 fues, all crap combined on that lug has its own fuse too as I had it that way on b the battery. I got rid of my ashtray long ago and have a license plate cut out to fit and some toggle switches and a gauge for on board air there. Then the stupid cubby hole where automatics had cup holders I got an RV camera there for hitching up and whatever.

My Hx35/40 hybrid build
I see you got an oring machined for compressor housing, good idea. I couldn't get mine to seal until I used some light coat of rvt. Should be a good turbo for you, I'm enjoying mine

coronavirus protection
Seen a video on YouTube where bunch of random people went to different hospitals after news said they were packed and they were all pretty empty, it looked like less than normal empty. Not sure what to think of that. Other than someone is lying.

Massive oil leak Breather tube
Does it have a cap on the fitting coming out of vacuum pump, if not like Mike was saying it's sucking air through that hole into crankcase and blowing oil out. Other than that it shouldn't hurt anything, other then your HVAC will be on windshield and no 4x4 if you have cad. Nevermind you have two wheel drive, if putting a cap on that vacuum fitting fixes your issue you need to do crankcase vent mod

Dynamic valve body
Don't they know they're handling a precious metal... good thing nothing serious happened, I'm just messing with you, sorry

Vacuum Pump Rebuild
Have you watched his video on how to do it, is it supposed to come right out. I watched a while back but can't remember now, I do remember him saying it's very easy if you take the right steps or maybe I'm making that up

2002 Ram 2500 5.9 24 valve issues
I must of gotten one of them valves when I built my first monster truck lol, driving down the road and it just starts to turn for yha, good thing it was an old Chevy with no clock spring, or it broke already can't remember, anyway to go straight I constantly had to turn one way, can't remember which. Went to local combine scrap yard and got one from a 30 year old machine that worked great.

That is Weird... Oil Leak? No !
Could of swore, I seen Mike's reply here about how it could happen if you turn the wheel without truck running.

2002 Ram 2500 5.9 24 valve issues
I'm actually surprised that not too many did this mod. Seems that we keep pointing people in this direction weekly. It doesn't seem that important until you do it and then you go, crap I can't believe fiat did such a thing, bastards.

Coolant behind harmonic balancer
Welcome to this magical place, If it's not your thermostat housing or thermostat dripping which is unlikely, I'd take a wild guess and say head gasket behind alternator, common place for it. Hope I'm wrong, good luck, sounds like you're going in the right direction.

Quadzilla
No, I believe quadzilla relies on end user's knowledge of tuning for a particular situation, that's why you could save up to tunes.

Forewarning of doom, paranoia, or...?
You could very possibly have two issues, failing thermal coupler I had that happen, and the weak fuel pump or something going on with it. This is definitely the case of forewarning of doom by paranoia
