  1. Back then cast was pretty good, I'd amagine no problems with it, you can jet it if anything. Depends on water quality too, how it effects the pipes. Another option is lining.
  2. No, but most injectors that size are popped lower for more flow. Just saying if it was me I'd want them to be in that 320-325 range. Have you checked for boost leaks
  3. If it's orangeburg they'll want it changed, if so you can pipe burst it if it's under hard surfaces, I not open trench would probably be cheaper. If it's clay you're probably ok unless lots of trees around, then good chance of tree roots in joints but you'd know it more than likely of slow draining, orangeburg like to blister and do same flow restriction. Televising it would tell you.
  4. May want to check pop pressure before you put them in, I personally would not put them in unless they are around 320 bar, in guessing they are around 300 now. Be ok but smokey.
  5. Looks like a dream, enjoy...
  6. Do all your lights on the dash work when you turn the key
  7. Be the biggest mistake you'll make, unless you want bone stock gutless truck. I should add with a good injectors turbo combo you'll be ok but you'll never see full potential and perks.
  8. You have v2, it's been plugged on my truck for few years now.
  9. You can try adjusting over center. Clean top of box, mark with paint marker a line on hex screw and top cover, then lossen the nut, then turn hex clockwise a 1/4 snug the nut wile holding hex. If it gets better but still lose go another 1/4. Mine is 3/4 in, working good for now. @Mopar1973Man has another way of adjusting it. Give it a try, you'll be surprised.
  10. You can try fixing it i suppose if you feel you can, or send it to one of the approved ecm repair places on this site, or wire in few relays. Another option is to spend money on mechanical lift pump and don't look back, that is probably what I would do.
  11. Wonder if it could be the pump itself somehow staying on once you connect module to it. Have you hot wired the pump to see if it works ok, maybe see if it's drawing too many amps, idk. ...
  12. Not sure if this is a connector from ecm that powers the pump you're talking about. If so you should have power at key on for a second and if you bump the key you should have power for 30 seconds. If you don't your ecm is damaged.
  13. That or it was cold out or both
  14. So on the way to work i used almost 5 gallons on the way home just over 3, go figure. Sorry for the derail...
  15. It seems to me they are trying to put blame on 19 even though someone might of been on last leg anyway and anything else would have finished them, like eating too much ice cream, see where I'm going with this... they are blowing it out of proportion. I fear new laws that are coming more then this cold.
  16. If you put LEDs you'll need a new electronic flasher, ones in our trucks only work with incandescent
  17. Yet it seems to kill mainly reach and old. Have you seen a cdc guidelines for determining who has it. Basically saying if you have symptoms it's safe to say you have it, also those that died lately from whatever, guidelines say to document it as this 19 stuff. I'm not saying it word for word but it's pretty close.
  18. I think you might of just graduated to a full grown turkey
  19. Yes mine is one wire, I was thinking it was still using a 5v loop, guess not. So you're saying 2 wire is on the loop and single wire is not ?
  20. He must of had issues with a 5volt signal and traced it to the oil switch. That 5 volt loop has more then one sensor on it and could do weird things on how truck runs. It's only a single wire, just line it up with the pin in the sensor and it should be it. If you start having issues right if way, then that sensor is probably shorted out and you'll need a new one.
  21. I put some leds in my stock tail lights and it definitely improved the brightness, even did reverse lights, I can see a little better now, I also have a flood light facing back on toggle switch if I'm in woods or whatever
  22. Should only be a second on key on and 30 or whatever seconds on the key bump. Wonder if you don't have a timed relay in fuel pump harness. You could just check the ECM plug for voltage in both situations.
