That part I don't care for either, it seems that it's done on purpose so they can make extra few pennies on shipping. Used to be able to view which warehouse ABC etc, I used to shuffle things from one to the other to get better deal but now it's not an option, or I just can't seem to figure it out.

I had same thing happen between manifold and head on last cylinder, that was when I discovered my exhaust valve seals blew off the guides and got smashed by retainers. I know it also means my gasket is not sealed. It been fine since I put new seals on. At that time I was blowing smoke on start ups too

If you keep driving habits same you should be in same mpg especially with quad. If you can have them pop injectors at 320-324 or so, it will help everything.

My best guess is valve seals, but you're saying you're losing coolant too, so not sure.

Got the resonator on, it definitely got rid of drone and a bit quieter all throughout. Took 20 min to put it in and 3 hours to cut rusty bolts and clean things up. We'll worth it at least for me.

I've been happy with Hankook dynapro so far, got them just over a year ago, put about 8k haven measured tread but they look new still. I do 70 hwy 30 town. Had toyo open country and they did ok but started cracking like dry rot and I was told it was normal with them, screw that I got rid of them and went with Hankook after @Mopar1973Man recommendation.
