Recommendation on Trailer Tires
If we could fit bigger tires on his trailer I would, it's pretty close to fender the way it is. Trying to decide between load star and carsile both HD and load D. The only ones I found made in USA are good year endurance, but they are 205/75/14 and he has 185/80/13 24.65 vs 26.11 diameter. It may be possible

No Codes but will surge a little on steady hwy speeds or up hills Please Help!!!
What apps sensors did you use, if anything other than timbo you're wasting money. Now for my problem it ended up being between a new set of injectors, alternator, wt mod and just going through all grounds and connections. Did you check for codes

Recommendation on Trailer Tires
Don't want to start a new topic on trailer tires. My father in law just got a fishing boat, 02 Lund with 115 4 stroke Yamaha, hoping will be a good boat for him. Spent last weekend working on wiring and little things. Then went on to check the trailer and found original good year tires with 5000 date code. So now I'm looking for tires. I put a set of carsile on my boat trailer last year, had a blow out on the way back from canada with original good years from 1996 , hey there was plenty of tread left . Happened few hours away from home and a mile before fuel station. After some research, now I'm looking again and finding mix reviews, some say carsile are junk some say one of best. Problem is I need a D rated tire as his single trailer axle is 3500lb. My carsile are rated at 1360lb as my boat axle is 2500lb. Almost forgot, the size I'm looking for is 185/80/13 is what's on his trailer now, spear is 175/80/13 must be original also. So now I'm looking at etrailer site kenda tires, anyone had any experience with them. I can't seem to find carsile in this size over 1360lb rating.

Guages?!
I use both, quadzilla and iss pro mechanical. Yes, you will need supporting mods before you can go crazy. Quad is the way to go for a vp44 once you get it all figured out. It seems to have less issues with android. Devices vs iso.

Average mpg for basically stock truck
I had an ABS light come me and go. In summer it would come on after 10 minutes of driving and stay rest of the day, in winter it would take a lot longer before it came on and lots of times it would shut off then it could come back on or stay off, never same. After front sensors then hub assemblies it was still acting up, then I had abs module rebuilt, same thing, then changed rear sensor again, changed it once when problem first started, and no more abs light. Idk wth is with these trucks and random wire/sensor issues.

Ball joint part numbers
There was a thread about this not long ago, basically ball joints are a crapshoot.

Possible head gasket leak
Depends where the cracks are a lot of guys still use the head. Need to pressure test it and see if any cracks are anywhere important. Also some crooked shops like to tell you your head is bad and give you somebody else's head back and keep your good one. I always stamp my heads, cranks, and blocks in places where no one else knows somewhere inconspicuous, so only I know where to look for it. This way they can't give you someone else's parts.

Passenger Rear Drum Brake Ebrake Cable Length
You don't have to buy it at parts store. But if it matches the length, you could get the part number off it
-
Passenger Rear Drum Brake Ebrake Cable Length
Can you stop at the parts store and grab one see if it matches?

Brake Fluid - Dot 3 or Dot 4? Recommendations welcome.
Been using dot4, now I got some dot 3-4 not sure how they can call it both. Haven't put it in yet, probably will do it in spring.

Low Oil pressure light
Did you have valve cover off at that sample interval. That could be why some dirt may be in there.

NV5600 Clutch Not Disengaging
Like you mentioned puller, if you could bolt it up instead of slave and adjust it to where you think clutch is disengaged try putting it in gear then start it, be clear of anything important incase it wants to go forward on you and be ready to shut it off. Or start it then try putting it in gear. I would think if pilot bearing is freezing up and keeps spinning the input shaft when clutch is disengaged it'll stand no chance against weight of the truck but to brake lose, maybe put it in 3rd gear so it'll take more force to break free if it's stuck, or if in first then it may want to start creeping forward. Should be able to do the same test with the slave back in the hole. These 5600 must have a known problem with 3rd gear synchros, mine also is hard to get in especially when cold, If I force it, it will grind. Been meaning to pull my transmission out ever since I got the truck, wanting to put an oversized pilot bedding. I believe one of the clutch companies offer one for this reason.

Dana 80 4.10's to 3.54 swap
Wow 80 at 2k rpm, what mpg do you get driving like that empty, I just got back from 200mile trip ran 75-80 filled up again, hand calculating 16.7 mpg.

I usually wait a while, if no one is talking I put in my to get the ball rolling. Sorry Jag1 didn't mean to take your fun away. At first I thought you left a sad face by mistake but then realized you had to go passed confused face to get to like, guess it wasn't a mistake unless you had few too many beers and thought you were hitting the like button

Average mpg for basically stock truck
My truck had some 75hp when I got it so I couldn't tell you stock. Best i got was 19 out of that set up. I've been getting 16.5 or so combined hwy/city lately and in warmer weather at same driving habits I'll get close to 18. If I want to get over 20 I need to drive around 60mph, same goes for my vw tdi, it gets best mpg at 60mph, I've hit 52mpg last summer. Now it's been low 40s. Still beats 16 that truck gets and I get to drive a diesel
