replace wheel studs
I got one to pound out, so I'll do some shopping later today, the bearings are new last October. I do have some punk kids around here that don't like me. They like to drive by my house reving the engine. Idk maybe it's s macho thing. Now it's time to start reviewing the cameras. I have a weeks worth to do though. The wife n I checked them all on Monday last week, and aired them all up to 75lb. So I know they were tight then.

48RE tow/haul
Chrysler Automatic Transmission Name Convention Applicable to 1994+ Chrysler transmissions • Forward gears - the number of forward speeds the transmission has. • Strength designation - Chrysler's strength designation is an arbitrary number representing the transmission's strength on a scale of 1 through 9; the higher the number, the higher the transmission's input capacity. This number is not a direct representation of the transmission's maximum input torque capacity. A strength designation of "8", for example, does not correspond to a max input torque capacity of 800 lb-ft. • Application - all Chrysler transmissions mated to the Cummins turbodiesel will have an "R" in the application designation, which stands for "rear wheel drive". • Control type - An "H" in the control type corresponds to a hydraulically controlled transmission, an "E" for an electronically controlled transmission, and "FE" stands for fully electronic.

Whats the part called?
sorry about the rock auto issue, i'm having an issue with shockwarehouse i ordered 4 bilstine shocks for my truck in march. took 2 weeks to get them, now one is leaking, under 3K miles. they want me to return the shock and then they will send it to bilstine and see if it's a warranty item i'm SOL till they do the process. i'm not buying from an online merchant anymore. in-store only for me.

Driveline and suspension questions...
i don;t think i would regear. i'd just use 4-low more often. as for the ARB's i am not a fan.i've had 4 of them., they are great when new and everything works. but when you get an air leak, or are replacing the seal ever 10K miles. they are JUNK!!!! i'd look into electric lockers, OX lockers, or just a good ol turetrack. i've been towed out of nasty areas because my ARB's wouldn't stay locked in from air leaks at the locker seal. just my $.02 worth.

Log Home oil treatments
please don't apply a water based stain then try an go over the top with an oil varnish. the results will not be eye pleasing. there are plenty of oil stains us a light natural or slightly tint your varnish. what part of the country is this house?

Sounds like it to me. But crawling under. Grabbing the shaft close to it and see how much. It moves.

Automakers to gearheads: Stop repairing cars
Thats why i now use Linux not Microsoft. and I've never ever paid for Microsoft software, only hardware. Apple tried the same thing telling people it was against copyright to jail break the iOS. when push came to shove, after we purchased the devise it is OURS to do as we please. including Rooting android and jail breaking apple. i'll not buy a GM vehicle ever again if they push this forward. they need to hear backlash from the consumers and they'll change their minds.
