My Monday story on Wednesday with a dbl da
I have 6x6 treated posts I planned to sink 3 feet in the ground. 2 x 12 treated to use for beams doubled up maybe tripled. My spans for now are only 14' max. I also have 3x6's for ceiling joist and 2x6's for rafters. I have enough for the back half and part of front so it might be a 2 stage build. But the first half is enough to get me in the dry. That would be a blessing in its self.

Along about the same. Probably start with a carport and close it up later. I have most of framing material calling my name. Wouldn't that be nice. The framing material is left overs from different jobs so they are contributing.

My Monday story on Wednesday with a dbl da
I am actually in Lexington SC headed back to Hickory NC hopefully Friday morning. I drive right thru Rock Hill up 77. Your offer intrigues me. I do believe I saved the ear. Found it laying on the ground under the truck today. It is one of the bolt ears that broke off. The top one is the one that broke off. Got some easy outs?

Lets see what guns you "don't own" :shifty:
I have lost as much stone in the mud as I have used under the concrete I have been able to pour. 24" in 3 months out this way.

My Monday story on Wednesday with a dbl da
My garage is still a figment of my imagination. And my picnic canopy became a casulty of a t'storm. So I am lacking the dry side. Might have change that this weekend. Last thing I need to see is the starter hanging off the cable. That would suck even more. No cant say that I did. I had all the tools for a starter replacement. By the time I saw the bolt broken off it was near sundown. Drilling the bolt out put a different light on the subject. Thinking its going to be better to do it at the house even if I have to buy a canopy. The weather might be damp but the temp should be okay.

Only 16 PSI?
My ECM sure does. When my Banks tuner went out I had to drive by the boost gauge. Soon as started going at or over the near 20 psi mark the ECM would back the fuel off. Especially while towing. My wastegate does not ope till about 32 or 33 psi. I first noticed this on mine when it was new. Once I put a tuner it seemed to multiply. It still only takes a second or so before full throttle to feel when its time to mat it.

My Monday story on Wednesday with a dbl da
Late last week I hear a noise very much like my starter bolts are backing off while starting the truck. Figure I will address when I get home. So rains on Saturday and misty and wet on Sunday. So I figure I will go back to SC on Monday morning and address it there. I get to work and when it warms up some I go out there in parking lot with laborer and look under the truck and laying on the asphalt is a piece of the spacer and one of the bolts. Still cant believe those pieces hung on untill I parked. Anyway thw spacer is toast and I need a new. Used the parts look up tool, thanks @Me78569, get the part # and google it. Found many sources for the oe spacer. The cheapest I can find it is about $150. I did not paythat much for the starter. They also wanted $9 apiece for the bolts. F'ing unbelievable. So I googled "starter motor spacer 02 ram 2500. To happiness multiple folks offering them from $55 to $70 with three new bolts. I bought these for $60 in aluminun, billett as they say. So I thightened the bolts with pieces of the spacer to get by for acouple more days and the 3 or four times I had to go somewhere I parked on a hill. The spacer arrives today and me a laborer go out to install it. First thing I see is one of the ears on the starter for the bolt to go thru has broken, a little over half of it still there. To late to getma starter and get it on so I decided to just put this one back on for now. Got it off replaced the spacer and gotmthe 2 bottom bolts on and was having a very difficult time getting the top bolt to start. F'ed around with it for 30 minutes, no success. Backed the other 2 bolts and low and behold the top bolt is broken off in the hole. The suns going down and I am SOL. Tightened the other two bolts and I guess a parking on a hill untill I can get and drill the bolt out. Sure looks like a lot of fun. So I now have a big on my forehead. Thought I was safe but man was I wrong.

Only 16 PSI?
I have been weighing that one out. In one hand a new Quad and tuning $675 and in the other my foot resisting the urge to just mat it. The second hand is wining out for now.

Only 16 PSI?
Next time you want to stomp it like that just roll into throttle and let the boost build to 5 and 10 psi then stomp it. Mine will accelerate faster like that. Gives it chance to get enogh air to burn the fuel better.

-13*F cold start and 3 cylinder high idle
I see them different between the staes I travel in. For the most part diesel is green or yellow. But Tennessee is black with green on the gas. I have still managed to never put a drop of gas in mine, but have come close a few times.

Only 16 PSI?
Where's the fun in that!!!!! I good WOT run is a thing of beauty. Even mine with 460k enjoys it. Just beating you up my friend. Do you have a mechanical gauge to double check it with? It seems the MAP sensor is hard to read for some electronic devices. My SG II reads around 25 psi at idle and only goes to near 37 at WOT. All this while my mechanical gauge reads pretty normal. I dont know anything about @Chris O. device. Are seeing a lot of smoke?

Only 16 PSI?
Do you have aboost elbow or some other means of stopping the waste gate from opening at about 20 psi? The HX is good into the low 30's but the stock actuator opens around 20. I have a Banks waste gate that opens around 33 psi.

2005 dodge 3500 auto transmission
I wish there was a good answer to this. I too travel construction and have gotten used to being on my own. There is only so much you can do to get a warranty to follow you around and get the build that want or need. This is part of reason I started doing a lot of my own work. I have a 6 speed in mine. I need to have it gone thru and the felliow I am going to send it to is in Texas. He is highly recommended and has a great warranty, but to honor it the tranny has to go back to him.

Fuel Pressure Question
It would be good to get the sensor back away from the snubber from what I read here. My gauge is at the end of 3 feet of line from the needle valve. It is an EV and has served me well for the past 6 years.

Engine stumbles
My AD has been sitting on 20 at idle for 8 years, I doubt that will cause a problem on yours, Of course you can turn it down with no issues, just be sure you keep it at 14 psi minimum. Keeps full fuel flow thru the VP.

Opinions on Amsoil and bypass filtration.
My grids are disconnected and I plug mine in when temps drop into the 20's for about 30 to 45 minutes and the truck starts fine and I have heat in no time. So I would have to aree with @AH64ID on the plug in time not needing to be long at all actually. That is if your son can wait a bit longer for the heat.

Fuel Pressure Question
I would get a mechanical test gauge and see if maybe the sensor for the EV2 might be going bad. Do you have any protection for the sensor from the pusles from the VP? I use a needle valve barely cracked open to protect my mechanical gauge. The electric sensors need this or something similar for the same reason. @Mopar1973Man has the EV2's also, as others and use a different method to accomplish the same thing.

Fuel Pressure Question
His pump has a pressure regulator adjustable on the outside of the pump just like mine. I have never opened it up to see if there is a spring and ball inside of it, but it is adjustable with out opening anything up. @Collinst15 have you tried turning the pressure up? Is your FP gauge mechanical or electric?

Fuel Pressure Question
I am the same pump ad you and see the pressure at idle as I do with just the pump running, 20.5 in my case. I would definitely check the voltage and be sure the issue is not there then swap the filter. Though if they are as new as you say they are they should fine unless you got a dirty load fuel. That does happen sometimes. How old is your 4G pump? I have the AD 165 II. Bought it 8 or more years ago. The original failed after 4 years. No problem, AD warrantied it. 2 months ago that one failed. No problem again, they warrantied it. Now I have a 4G like yours, i just hope the problem might not be in the pump.

what are common bad cam sensor symptoms?
How are you reading your codes? The 1693 is telling you there is a code set in the companion module.

Lost lift pump prime cycle?
I have to agree with this. Good chance this fried the ECM in the first place.

Fuel Return Tee Bracket Question
Alot of that depends on which way you go tuning wise. The EZ and rv 275s would be great together. But if you get a quad , that changes things
