You have link for this pump? New sounds to good to be true.

Engine stumbles
Mine belched blue smoke when the oe VP went. When ever it would go into running only at lower rpm it would belch blue smoke. When it would out of that mode, no smoke what so ever.

vibration at idle when at stop light
Harmonic dampner maybe? You can look and see if rubber is starting go bad. It would wobbling a little while idling also. My 2nd gen had alignment marks on it but they were very hard to see.

New Battery Cable Terminals Going In
I used the military style terminals. I also replaced all my battery cables with 2/0 welding cable with soldered on ring terminals. @Mopar1973Man is right on with voltage drop and such if you move the batterys that far away from the engine compartment.

Increasing Fass PSI
All depends on the the bend of the spring. No exact science to it. Try the bend and see what happens is my best advice.

Big change in my life...
Had my gall bladder removed 10 years or more ago. It came time to leave and 3 nurses came in to change the bandage before I left. Antone who has ever had a hospitol gown on will know how difficult opening the front of it is without exposing ones self. So after several minutes of them trying not to expose me, I looked at them and said, if none has ever seen a nekked man before, today would be good day to start. Just get me the heck outa here. They complied with smiles. Morphine will lower your inhabitions more than alchohol.

New Battery Cable Terminals Going In
I replaced my batteries and did WTs ground mod 4 months or so go. Prior to this the tops of batteries would get just of dampness on them. Since the mod they hve been dry as bone and I have not put anything on the terminals, oil,for me. They are dry also and no corroaion. Not sure why this is but figured to leave them alone for a while longer and see what happens.

Increasing Fass PSI
See what happens. Right when feel special, a concrete block falls out of the sky and puts a knob on your noggin.

P0230 after new FASS
I understand the time and training is money. But i would think the liability for burning someone up in a wreck could dwarf that cost. Wonder if AD has done this yet?

Flashing WTS/ ECM replacement
I have no experience with the vendor, but we do have this by one of our members. Auto computer specialist is vendor here also. Be careful who you go with if your ECM needs replacing. It can be nightmare.

Limited Pedal, VP problem?
Same here, good to have you back. Had the shingles a couple years ago but was lucky and still went to work but it was damned uncomfortable.

Burnt up alternator
Sounds like your batterys might be bad from whatever happened to you alternator. I would have them and the alternator tested.

-13*F cold start and 3 cylinder high idle
I got in my truck one morning at 10 below 0. The truck was less than a year old and I just hit the key. It fired right off but the noise was un godly.

Big change in my life...
I felt the same you do and did not like it one bit. Other than them positioning me in the bed there was nothing to it, but again it is the thought that kills ya. I remember the first time I had my prostate checked. I told the doctor that I was not going enjoy this. His response was "Neither am I. I am just a lot more used to it than you. Now turn around and drop your drawers." What other choice do you have. I would have never made it as a woman.

Gearing questions
Just running a Comp on mine so i dont get to mess with the timing and such. My truck seems to get good mileage at 70 to 75. Thats 2000 to 2200 rpm. Maybe just its sweet spot. Let me get over 75 and it starts falling off. Also this is on a pure interstate run. No mixed driving at all. I also never got this mileage on the stock injectors. It started after running RV 275s and the current DAP 50s that are in it now.

Gearing questions
I can still make 19.5 mpg at 75 on the interstae. 7 to 9 hours on Friday and back again on Sunday does not leave much room for much 60 mph driving. What makes you have to cruise at less speed?

Gearing questions
Did you go to 245's also? Dont think I will ditch the 265's. Very good for the highway empty.

Big change in my life...
I would not worry about a colonoscopy. Thats the other side. Nothing to it. The only thing I did not like is right before they put you out they have you hunker your butt over to the side of the bed. That will make think, but mercifully they put you out right after that. Then its over and you go home known the wiser as to what actually happened. And no, i dont wont a souvenir video.
