Wiring/Starting Problem
Welcome Kay. Is your starter just clicking when you push the button? Could be the starter contacts have gone bad. You also mention 0 oil pressure reading. Most likey the pressure switch has gone bad. Does your check gauges light come on? Have you checked for any trouble codes?

It is still sticking out of his head. I am going to let him figure the rest out.

Kinda No Start Condition (Broke Down 4 months)
9This might be long shot but have you checked your alternator for stray AC voltage. @Mopar1973Man has an article and as usual I cannot find it. You need a volt meter that will read AC millivolts. With the engine idleing place the positive on the alternator output stud on the back of the alt and the negative on the - battery terminal. You should be below .05 volts AC not DC. Stray AC voltage can make thes trucks do funny things. It really messes with the electronics and can cause pre mature failure of the components. Even if it is not the problem it something you needto know anyway. WT's ground mod is a good way cut down on the noise. That is what @OBS_Chummins is talking about.

Got tomwork this morning and my laborers showed. Much to my surprise, an unexpected person is here. You are not as tall as I thought you would be.

Acrumins listing on site anywhere?
The alphabetical Things you see should have a dotted underscore under them. Just put your cursor over them and an explanation is revealed. Like RPM. Try it.

Fuel mileage sucks! Please help!
Someone correct me if I am wrong here, but to expect 90hp injectors to burn clean with no lag on a stock truck is a lot to ask. My 50's with the comp are smokey and laggy if I just stick my foot in it, If I take a short roll into the throttle and let the boost build a bit before I stick my foot in it I can limit the smoke and the lag but you have to use your foot for a governor on both. I get pretty good results for me with that method.

Fuel mileage sucks! Please help!
Have you spoken to DAP about the problem? If you want a decent kick in power and are a ways away from a tuner, get you some new RV275's. You will not be sorry. They are very good injectors and should give you a good life. Not sure what NEW 75hp injectors you are seeing on DAP's site. I have a set of their 50's, with aftermarket bodies, with 100k on them that are just now showing some weakness. The RV's are great on a stock truck or with a mild tuner.

How does my turbo look?
No pictures here but after 458k miles mine still has no play in it. One thing that stuck with me after buying the truck and taking to one of the service techs was to let everything cooldown after a long pull or drive. Did not understand why at the time but it stuck in my head.

I dont believe a leaky return line can cause a miss. Loss of prime and extended starts yes.

P0336 / ECM trouble beyond standard troubleshooting
8 I would be suspect of the ECM rebuild. I went thru 2 from Automotive Scientific Inc out of Florida. The first tripedthe 606 code that the OE one did not tripand the second under warranty that lasted about one year. It just died driving down the highway, no warning what so ever. If the wiring checked as good as you say it did, will a new harness do any better? I did a little research into Auto Module Source. I found glowing reviews and really negative reviews. The ones that caught my attention were on the BBB site. They went back to 2016. In 2016 they were very buisness like and apolagetic for the problems in the responses, but 2018 the were blaming the customer and un apolagetic. In fairness to them some of it was the customers fault. The one that boggled my mind was the gentleman that recieved two PCM's that he was sending back to them for refund. Upon receipt of the package they said they weighed and it was not heavy enough to be 2 PCM's, so they tossed the box in the trash without opening it and would only credit him for one. In fairness to AMS I realize that negative reviews are most times easier to find than positive. And the reviews I found did not state what kind of vehicle these modules were for. I am just naturally suspicious of electronic rebuilders in general unless I know some real history on their products. @pepsi71ocean has been working on and has posted an article on this very subject.

Brand new VP44
Something aint right. Either the pump is upside or the wrong one. There is no PSG on top of it in the picture. I would check into it more. Give them a call.

P0336 / ECM trouble beyond standard troubleshooting
I believe the early model 24v have both. Not sure on years though. I would ask who tested and rebuilt your ECM?

Multi-Codes from key switch, very sluggish drive???
The 1693's are just telling you the companion modules each have code. Just ignore them they are not blaming each other. Good fuel pressure and a gauge are a must for these trucks. Good advice above before you start spending alot of money.

Limited Pedal, VP problem?
Thats good to hear. Been worried about him. Glad it is electronics and not something else. Thanks for the update.

Good to hear. At least we were barking up the right tree with the MAP sensor.

How well does your truck pull 8,000 pounds
I ran Banks tuner, 75 hp and tapped the pump, with the RV's puling 15k 5th wheel and did good job. 6 to7% grades could be done in 5th at 50 t0 55 mph. It was a good set up. I did switch ovet to a Comp, but only ran it levels 2 and 3 wnen towing with very similar results. Mileage was around 11 or a touch over with good power. Funny thing about wanting a couple more gears is when a 4 speed I was always looking 5th, got 96 Dodge with a 5 speed and starting looking for 6th. Now i have had a 6 speed for 17 years and still occasionaly find myself looking for 7th. I do wish I had a gear between 5th and 6th for towing.

Stanley's Truck Remodel- Dove in Head First!
I would have to ask the same. Mine was cracked about that bad and I did replace it. Could not help but think if I repaired it that it would just crack somewhere else. I know my bezel did.

Lost lift pump prime cycle?
Food for thought on hearing the pump. I just put a new pump head on my AD and i cannot hear it run. The only way I know its running is the my pressure gauge shows the pressure. I have not had an oe pump pump since 06 to remember how much noise they make. Even with my pump blown the truck would fire right off. The VP will pull its own fuel though it is not good for it. I still think you have a small loss of prime somewhere. Still going to be hard to find the problem if you cant work on it. Wish I knew some body to take it to but I dont.
