Stay safe on I-40
i was taught to take your foot off of everything and let the vehicle slow itself while you concentrated on keeping the vehicle under control. I has worked fine in the few instances I have tires go down.

Help me adjust my headlights
The set I have now one sits fine but the other I had to turn way in or live with lighting up the drainage on the passenger side. I think @KATOOM is talking about the lack of adjustment screws if I am reading the post right, not so much the proper way to do it. You say OEM replacements, but I did not think the OEM had clear lenses until 03???

My dually
Dont know about the cash, check maybe. I have hauled 2 cubes of brick, about 5500 pounds. Loaded it from the rear axle forward. Rode like was not in there. Did Leave extra room for stopping but never had trouble stopping.

**5/6 Speed Owners** Which way are you routing your gauge wires into the engine bay?
There is plenty of room in that grommet to grow with. I still have room for whatever.

Help me adjust my headlights
Mine have two adjustment screws but mine is not Sport model. Both are accessible from the front.

'The Boost Bus'
Black gorilla tape, very sticky and has a more textured look. Really looks good after baking in the sun a few days.

Saw that yesterday. The first 12 feet of that bus was just gone. Amazing no more were killed.

IAT and ECT connected?
At least tell me the humidity is low @Mopar1973Man.

IAT and ECT connected?
I ran Cummins 180 in mine many years ago and never noticed much difference in how the operated. I need some of the cooler weather you are seeing. Still in the low to mid 90's with 90% humidity out this way.

I ran the thermo couple wire across the cowl and in thru the hole everything else goes in. I ran the tranny temp wire in thru the hump at the gear shift and mounted both of the "whatcha macallits" that send the signals to the gauges under the plastic trim for the shifter. Both my gauges are on the center of the dash at the windshield. I routed from there around the end of the dash and tucked the wiring down in between the dash and wind shield. Pretty convoluted way for the EGT gauge but not bad on the tranny temp. It would have been easier to put a hole in the dash, just cant make myself do that even now that it is near 6 years old.

2001 Cummins has HickUps Engine Quits then Runs (P1689 code solved)
The 02 does have a gauge. I know the 02 is just a switch. Once the pressure is up to 6 or so pounds it just tells the ecm we have pressure. Then the gauge is run based on ECT and RPM I believe. I know the gauge behaves like it is reading pressure but in all actuality it does not. Learned that here about 7 or so years ago. I think my idiot light is just the gauge dropping to zero and the check gauges light comes on. After further thought the one wire makes sense. Of course I am a member of the electrically challenged club around here. One of these days I might just put a real gauge in.

My 02 has the MAP on its own 5v from the ECM. The wiring diagram for 2002 shows the oil pressure sender/switch on the same supply but its not the case in my spare harness. Matter of fact my oil pressure connector only has one wire going to it. Not sure how that works.

Waited a long time for this
When I added my tranny temp gauge I got a 3 gauge mount for the dash. Sits right in the center against the windshield. I ran the wires to all of them around the dash and along the bottom of the windshield. The dash pad was new and I could not bring myself to drill a hole in it until I knew for sure I would like the gauges there. That was some years ago and I like the location. Still cant bring myself to drill a hole in dash pad though.

That seems to be the norm right now, all clucked up. Half the permits I need and 22 weeks to do a 30 week job.

Waited a long time for this
I thought it was pretty obvious my self, but my age still gets me too. Forgot about the gelt pads. Did not get any of those. Think i still have them on the old one. If not i can felt. Mine was actually loosing small pieces driving down the road. I had silicone smeared over all the cracks on the backside holding it together. After a year or so of that if touched it a piece would fall off. It will be nice not looking at the duct tape holding it on any more. I think it might go faster now. 20 hp out of the pedal pads and maybe 10 more now. Whooo who!!!!

Waited a long time for this
This might not be exiting to all but for the past 4+ years a comination of silicone caulk and duct have done one hell of a job holding my dash bezel together and on the dash. Just could never justify the $195 price tag due other things being maintained. I got nice bonus check for job in Maryland and pulled the trigger. My view will be forever changed. Merry belated Christmas Chicken Man.

I have been missing one of mine, passanger side, for years with no damage. But if I had I would reinstall it. Not sure what they do but someone thought we needed them.

02 quad cab dually 2 whl dr. truck pulls right under torque, left decelerating.
My wife's first Dokota did that and it turned out the rear end was rotating on the springs. Something had sheared off allowing it to rotate. Did same thing yours is doing. It has been so long ago I dont remember what I had done to fix it, nor had I experienced that before or since. I noticed a weird noise and got her to put it in gear and the whole rear end rotated about an 1/8 of turn. It was weird.

Blower motor inop
Fore!!!! Whatch out you guys that ball is going to Idaho or Iowa. Forgot to check the zip code before I hit it.

02 3500 hard to start
The return, while still a bit tough to work with due to locatio, is the easiest to check in my opinion. But all the items @Mopar1973Man mentions can be culprits also. My return tee sprung a leak many years back and it is not a leak you really see unless you go looking for it. Mine was weeping fuel and not really leaving evidence on the ground. There is also a banjo bolt on the back of the for return fuel that you cannot see. The sealing washer rubber gets very hard with time

Weird issue with brake pedal feel and PS pump
Mine has the little play like yours in in the vid and is gone with engine on. Engine off my pedal travels like yours but maybe not quite as far. The only thing holding the pedal up is the rod from the hydroboost must be a little play in there that shows up without hydraulic pressure maybe???
