Sounds like you did pretty good. I live in mine most of the time and there is plenty of room for me. Good luck in the future.

Mileage numbers
I dont know much about it myself but might have to agree with @IBMobile. But if you are seeing a difference I would hard pressed to change. Like me and bio diesel, my truck loves it. I have seen over 22 mpg running bio MASS diesel. I have only found 2 stations in Tenn that have stickers for that on the pumps. I just know when i run it my mileage is up. Unlabeled and bio diesel labeled pumps I am right a 20. I cant explain it but the improvement is there.

Mileage numbers
The 2 thing that increased mine were the RV's and the Comp. I got right at 2.25 MPG combined. The RV's alone were a very nice addition and the comp got the mileage up running 75 mph or so down the interstate. I'll be interested in how this turn out for you.

Abs module goes out after 5 minutes
Yes, what they said.

Abs module goes out after 5 minutes
I think the only way to see them is to pull speed sensors. Then shine flash light in the hole. The sensors pick up notches in the tone ring to get a speed reading.

Wheels and Tire Setup
My paint color is on the label in the glove box. The primary color is listed as PBT. Mine is blue over silver.

Wheels and Tire Setup
I take all of your trucks are the patriot blue or are my eyes deceiving me. Mine is and The color always looked different in light changes. I always liked the color. Of course it did look better with the clear coat on it.

I definitely have not seen those wheels that cheap in my neck of the woods.

Mopar73 Full Eclipse Meet and Greet Camp Trip Aug 18th Thru the 21st 2017
Tell me about it. 4 jobs ago I took over a Love's truck stop from a super that had a stroke. New to me client and job. Pretty tough but the county was good to deal with. Next job, took over a Discount tire as the 3rd super. The first 2 threw it in the trash can. That was 2.5 months of nothing but finding and solving problems. At least I had built one before. Then the last CFA in Durham NC, my home state. It was like nothing I had ever seen. The building was easy but the site work was unbelieveable. Three times as many inspections than the building. It took near 7 weeks to get the approvals for them to open. Just ridiculous. And now another CFA in Maryland with all the same requirements as the last one, except the building is going to be as tough as the site. If they do fast track it and agree to pay my subs overtime they all better agree that I will deserve something as well. We will see. I will say that my company gave me a very nice bonus for Durham and a better than average bonus for the two previous jobs. So all was not lost from their view point. I have a very good employer.

No 4wd
The vacuum line that goes thru the fire wall for the ac on mine got brittle and broke. Had to cut part of it off and reconnect it. Do you still not have 4wd?

Mopar73 Full Eclipse Meet and Greet Camp Trip Aug 18th Thru the 21st 2017
I think they all new that at the pre con. My biggest fear is after all the delays and when the permits are issued we will get put on a fast track schedule. That just means a lot more hours. Not exactly what a salaried employee wants to hear. If it takes to long then I could just end up somewhere else.

Mopar73 Full Eclipse Meet and Greet Camp Trip Aug 18th Thru the 21st 2017
We experienced one back in Georgia many years ago, probably the one @JAG1 mentions, and the real light show was all around. The way the light filters thru the trees and shadows cast by buildings and such were surreal. Made you feel strange, really dont know how to describe it. I am still hoping to go. I thought I was landed here in Maryland until early November but we are beset with permitting delays I have never had before. CFA got me here 2 months too early. Having a big meeting tomorrow with CFA, the civil engineers and my company reps to discuss how to proceed. This could be the toughest county I have ever worked in. They made sure I knew that at the pre con meeting. Just another reason I dont like working up here, way to bureaucratic. It is possible we might shut this one down until everyone gets their act together.

Today my Fass Died and now I'm standed
Guess I should have said thru the relay. Nice catch there buddy.

Today my Fass Died and now I'm standed
The FASS should be powered by a relay triggered by the ECM. That seems to be standard practice for the AD and FASS full replacement systems. I mounted mine on the firewall drivers side and IIRC thats where the instructions said put it. Might have to follow the wire from the pump back to the relay. If every thing is working right you should be able to here it click at key on. Also when check the voltage key on no engine start you would see battery voltage at the connector. Start the engine and you will get whatever you alternator is putting out. Cant explain the 4.5v .

when to buy new tires
Sure cant.

Today my Fass Died and now I'm standed
3 years later and no issues with my VP. Cant help but think when it does go, how much longer might it have lasted. Just pure speculation on that though. Good advice above also.

You could install the oe style pump and maybe some one has a test gauge to check out what pressure it is putting out. That could get you to where you are going. As far as driving it to the rv park, probably not a good idea but a choice you will have to make the call on that. Lost my lift pump about 3 years ago and have no idea how long I drove it with no lift pump. I was in a situation I had to drive it some more and did, quite gently I might add. I was not towing anything at the time. It is still a risk and you could end up with a blown VP also. Good advice, Dont drive it. If need dictates you move it, what risk level are you willing to take? As far as the fuel lines fitting, all depends on the fuel line size and the replacement pumps inlet and outlet. It should not be difficult to adapt something to make it work. There is a chance the the power to the Fass will just swap over to the new pump if the fass accepts the oe connector. It also sounds like you will by pass the the filters when connecting the new pump. Are there not filters at the Fass pump?

trreed's upgrade thread
Happy 4th to you too. Since I am home for 4 consecutive days, not being under the hood is not an option. But with 4 days I can be selective on what and how I work. Yippee!!!

Soliciting Recommendations for an ECM source or Rebuilder
Well I am sure this will get reaction but here goes. My AD pump went out about 3 years ago. Not sure how long the fuse had been blown just checked the gauge and it was on 0. Something happened to the pump and it blew the fuse. Bad seal in it most likely. The truck ran fine and I was in a position that I had to drive it. Now I only made 3 short trips in it till the new pump got to me. Still have the same VP today. I am by no means advising you or anyone else do that. It was choice that I made with my own stuff and I could have really screwed up. I never want to do it again.
-
Soliciting Recommendations for an ECM source or Rebuilder
The truck will run and drive with 0 fuel pressure. The VP is capable of pulling its own fuel and will. It will just grind itself to pieces with out the lift pump. That being said when I lost the oe lift pump the truck died and did not run until it was replaced. When my AD died the truck ran fine. I cant explain why. The WTS light will not come back on every time unless you wait around 15 to 30 seconds before key on. So if you shut it down and quickly turned the key back on you will experience what you did. As far as ECM issues, 12V trucks dont have them so no issues. My oe ECM only lasted about 8 years before it died with little to no warning. Started acting up one day and a couple days later I was sitting on the side of the road. Failed completely different than what you are experiencing.

RV275 Injectors
I saw similar results with mine. Very happy them. I had a different tuner at the time but the difference from stock was very noticeable.

when to buy new tires
I have only had very limited opportunities to drive mine in the snow but they did quite well I found. Never had them in the snow in the latter stage of their lifetime however. As far as noise, I really dont notice it unless I am riding by the Jersey barrier on the interstate. Still not bad as far as I am concerned. But a lot of that is in what one considers noisy. Might look at some Hankooks like @Mopar1973Man is running when these go. Price will have a lot to do with that decision. The ATPs have been very good to me over the years. @notlimah if DT is having a sale you can get them real reasonable on sale day sure. They will stand behind the warranty too. I get their free replacement certificates and they will replace the tire no matter what you do to it. Rammed a rebar thru a brand new Michelin and they gave me a new one. Tore the sidewall open on another that was down to the wear bars and they replaced. Tore one up in Iowa and went back home without the tire and they still replaced. Did not expect that to happen. Seems I have got my moneys worth out of them. Probably broke even on them thru the years.
