2002 Ram 3500 APPS/Voltage/dead pedal issues
Have check3d formany trouble codes? They might help guide us. If it was a flood I would check electrical connections and the battery cables. All your problems could be hardware or just electrical. These truck are very picky on the DC power you feed them. I you have excessive ac voltage they will do crazy things. I have been thru everything you just not all at once. With exception of a failed VP the rest of mine were all electrical.

Fuel Boss fuel pump unexpected high fuel pressures.
Driving by Ormund Beach right now headed back towards Jacksonville. My old boss right out of high school had a boat tail, frove that car quite a bit. He had a phone in it. Cool but strange back in 71. Maybe we can meet up this time. Let me know when you come thru.

New front end, still wobbles
How are your tires? Not so much size but condition. I went thru a bout of DW a few years back. My tires were about gone and I replaced them. And it stopped but was not quite right. I discovered the track was loose and replaced it and the problem was cured and still is. My tires are smaller at 265 75 16's. By the way, how is your caster angle?

Fuel Boss fuel pump unexpected high fuel pressures.
Kind of thought thats what you. The advice is agood place to start. Is your gauge mechanical or electric?

Fuel Boss fuel pump unexpected high fuel pressures.
The electric pumps spin at a constant rpm. More demand and the pressire will drop. The mechanical pumps spin with engine rpm so they pump more fuel the higher the rpm.

Hi from New Zealand
A subscription here is very reasonable. From $20 to $45 for a year. The resources and help here is worth every penny. I came with about 215k on the truck and now 300k miles later the truck is still treating me very well as are the members. We are a bit of motley crew at times but the help here is priceless. I would love to see a picture of the gauge set up in your truck as is.

Hi from New Zealand
I believe they would all be after market. Never heard of Dodge offering those gauges. But you are right on the 30psi gauge. It will serve you better. Will the new gauge fit the old location?

Po1690 with no noticable issues
Happy ro see you have found the issue. If you have one cable in that shape you should check them all. Might even be time for new ones. These trucks can get a bit unruly with those kind of electrical issues as you just found out.

Hi from New Zealand
Do you already have a fuel pressure gauge in the truck?

Flasher relay
Hope not. This one is about 3 years old. The flasher is working normal again today.

Blown Head Gasket...
Every upper hose I have put mine needed some trimming where it fits on the radiator to be sure does not rub.

Pilothouse/RAM3500 build
Thats the one. Funny, it looks just like you describe but yesterday it looked like an alien creature with a black eye ball.

Lift size question
My spring goes all the way up into the upper portion not the part yours is in. @JAG1 knows what they look like.

Blown Head Gasket...
How does the oil look? Like oil or milky? When mine failed it was leaking outside the head and never got in the oil. But I could see the wet spot on the head/block junction right near the tstat housing.

Post coolant flush help
I have changed my sender 3 times over the years with no difference. T stats seem to make some diffetence. Had both shown in the pictures and they act similar. Funny though for the first 5 years the needle was like it was glued to the gauge almost. But since then I see a lot swings no matter what t stat I put in. I dont give it second thought anymore.

Flasher relay
I got back to the motel and the clicking had stopped. But it was clicking when I left. I was going to buy a new one on the way home but paased no parts store on the way home. I will find tomorrow and pick up a spare if nothing else since I was thinking it was bad myself. Thanks for the info and I will try it if it starts clicking again. Funny thing is the wife always gives me hades if I leave the signal on after a lane change or turn that does not quite turn it off. Cant believe I even heard it clicking.

Milestone
Mine needs a rebuild. Synchros are worn pretty good. About 320k on it. Hopefully no hard parts.

Flasher relay
Parked my at the job today. Get back in it about 15 minutes later and the flasher is clicking just like the turn signal or hazard lights were on but they're not. Sitting in her now and it is still clicking with nothing activated. I guess power getting to the flasher some how but to the lights unless the turn signal or hazard button are engaged. Any one had this happen?
