Trying to figure my steering out
A Cimmins and a Prius in the same garage, thats an oxymoron there for sure.

Vacuum selector part number?
Good to hear.

Broke down!
Glad you are back on the road. Its tuff being a dummy. We all know the feeling.

Broke down!
Fuel pressure? Fuel getting to the VP? Fuel getting to the injectors? Fuel in the tank? Cam sensor could be bad but would expect a code. WTS light coming on at key on? It is warm out so it wont be on for but a second. Double check your harness connections since you just installed a new ECM. It is a bit of a guessing game with no codes. What did you use to see if there were any?

Cooking oil down the tank....
I get similar results with the bio diesel, though no extra power for sure. The truck is running as quiet as it ever has. Just wish it was labeled better so you knew what your getting. When in doubt of the content and just throw some 2 stroke at it. If we raid the CFA's we have to burn peanut oil, will that work? Us chickens have 2 things going for us, #1 a thick hide and we dont get offended at the littlest thing. #2 We have not lost the ability to laugh at ourselves. The best is I get to give it back when opportunity presents itself. I do see a lot of this here between the members, we seem to have a pretty good time with it.

And what made you do such a thing? It better not smell like fried chicken going down the road.

Vac pump heads up
I resealed the vac pump a few years back and all looked good then so l hope it is still that way.

Vac pump heads up
I have run power steering fluid in mine all 508k miles. Just started leaking about 8k miles ago. Still works fine guess l will stick a reseal kit in it and see what happens.

Live a little, just mat it!

At a loss, won’t start
You need to pull whatever code it is setting. That might relieve the guess work. Next time you turn key on look and see if the WTS comes on. It warm in Ga so it will only come one briefly abd is easy to miss.

Ecm?
Keep us posted on how it holds up.

Tell us more about where you sourced the ECM. Also good to hear this has solved your issues.

A/C coolant leak
I would like to know what to do if your blend door is stuck on cold as mine is? Dont know if it is the the motor or maybe the blend door is stuck. I know what a McQuiver but not what a McCobb is. A cobbiler togetherer of things?

Replaced lift pump and injection pump, still losing all fuel pressure
It may be a long shot l dont know. Back when l first joined we saw this issue of the ECM circuit failing a good bit. That's why the after market electric pumps came with a new wiring harness and relay. These took the load off the ECM and used the oe pig tail for the trigger for the relay and power came from off the ECM,

A/C coolant leak
I had the HVAC box off for install but I had to index the the motor. The part came with a 9v battey and instructions on how to do that. Then l aligned the door with the motor position. I however do not remember the process. I take it yours did not come with anything like that?

Quadzilla stumbles @ max TPS WT %
I dont see much difference between the 13.6 or the 14.2 on mine, maybe 1 psi. Something else going there just wish l knew what. I have only dealt with customer srrvice twice with AD and that was for 2 blown pumps. They just sent new pumps both times and only question was where to send it. I hope the new 4g 165 is better yhan the last 2. Got about 4.5 years out of both. Bad cutomer service sucks.

I cant figure why lift pump pressure is changing like it is. The idle pressure shouldn't change like that. My idle is always 19 to 20 psi. I live in NC and see the temps you do. I am sering 13.6 to .7 volts most sll summer like you are. I understand you need more fuel than I do but idle should be resonably constant. I have no way to read fuel temp in mine but both the engine and pump return to the fuel basket and my pickup is right there with them in the basket.

0237 map sensor code
What tuner did you use?

Replaced lift pump and injection pump, still losing all fuel pressure
Try driving it with the pump hot wired and see if it holds pressure. It is possible the 12v circuit from the ECM is failing. Is your lift pump normally connected to the ECM pigtail for power?

2-stroke oil on sale!
Picked up 2 gallons yesterday and it was back up to 12.83 a gallon as shown in the above ad.

Replaced lift pump and injection pump, still losing all fuel pressure
It could just be a bad lift pump. It happens some times. I would talk to TD again.

Revs up and down.
Surging and limited or no throttle response are other symptoms too. I had those when my ECM went beserk. Mine had a lot codes also but none for the ECM. Mine also started fine but was pretty much un driveable. ACS in the vendors section would be good to talk with about the issues and get their input. Posted some this in your other thread. My IAT temp usually runs in the 40* + ambient temp for the most part. If the ECM is bad it could be skewing the numbers. Mine also did that except with the coolant temp gauge.

ACS in the vendors foroum seems to be the go to people here. You could call them and talk with them about your issues. Without any codes it is hard to figure whats goung on. Though the WTS either delayed or not coming on at all is a symptom of a bad ECM. I see you have done WT's ground mod, how is the rest of the elctrical system? Cables, terminals clean and tight, grounds to the block and so on. These trucks are very picky about the DC current you feed.
