  1. Checked all my plugs. No issue I can see. Still very strange the DEFAULT tune will pop instantly every time. So if it fails just go to default tune. Shut down the app. Fire app back up fires up in under 3 to 5 seconds. Then switch to your custom tune. Lot of extra steps but work every time without fail. Leave it on a custom tune the you fight connecting the Bluetooth. Strange?
  2. As for the shudder / miss. When I got to the Eclipse camp of JAG1 and IBMobile I was able to reproduce the miss really good and it was skipping a cylinder out right. Thenn if I changed to the 0 level it was gone. Right around the 2% level still and about 900 RPM last I checked. This will not reproduce on cold engine or cool fuel temp best to be nice and hot. IAT above 120*F, Fuel Temp above 120*F and Coolant in the 195*F range will show the best. Cooler the temps less you can notice it. As for that day I've been driving for over 350 miles. So the truck was nice and toasty and produced the miss really well. Short trip days like from home to Riggins which is 15 miles is hard to pick it out.
  3. Still did not resolve this issue with the update. Still getting the message could not connect to device then it quits trying. Then you go to the setting tell it to connect again. Again get the message back Can't connect to the deivce within about 15 seconds. I did this loop 6 times till it finally connected on bluetooth and displayed the initialization screen as shown above. So your software changes has done nothing in regards to bluetooth connection failures I'm having.
  4. Waiting patiently for a copy of the update hoping to resolve some issues...
  5. Very strange to have the light fade away and get dark for just a brief moment and then reverse to getting brighter again. Happen really fast here in Parma, ID.
  6. Its quick... Lasted very short time here good view with old welders hood.
  7. Might check the specs on the updated torque king (iirc) shaft and nut. That why I think is higher torque value.
  8. I do quite a bit of idling. Like all this last winter and this summer keeping from freezing to death or frying in the truck as I wait for MoparMom to complete her dialysis treatments. No I don't use the waiting room to hard to nap in sitting position when I can lay the seat back and nap in comfort of the truck. Not mention getting work done on the laptop or cellphone worn out background noise of people coming and going. A lot of people don't think about idle time or oil filter going into bypass mode hence why people get into trouble extending oil change intervals and not doing testing.
  9. Here are some more photos off my big camera so far... IBMobile's wonderful 5th wheel RV. MoparMom (left) and IBMobile (rght) IBMobile Wife (Left), JAG1 (Center), MoparMom (Right)... Diesel (Down in front)...
  10. Need to ditch all that noise filter junk return the electrical back to stock. Wiring map is here on the site. Should be fairly straight forward. Be aware there might be voltage regulator for the transmission and a resistor mod present. I know this makes it tough but half of all electrical issues are from poor modifications.
  11. Check control arm bushings (4WD) a-arm bushings (2WD), ball joints, possibly track bar, brake caliper frame bolts... That should cover most common stuff.
  12. At least a 8 hour drive to the coast... Hopefully my old SCUBA tank has enough air. Ill toss you out there to chase those little shrimp around....
  13. Send it back for warranty. They will re-run the pump on the Bosch 815 test stand. That is the only way.
  14. Still can't find any famous idaho potatoes here. Lots of onions and corn.
  15. Should of came to the event... Could of worked on fixing my Quadzilla misfire.
  16. JAG1 and IBMobile (and his wife) made it to the event. Had a wonderful time having dinner with them.
  17. Ive got photos of the group having dinner at @IBMobile RV last night. Great night. With @JAG1, and @MoparMom. Ill post them later. Gotta get ready for the eclipse.
  18. What you need to remember is not only driving miles how about idling hours? Remember also the oil filter will go into bypass. Just because oil can so it the filter might not.
  19. Standard 7,500 miles is fine for 60 mile trips.
  20. Dont see any potatoes here...
  21. Most likely. No way will rocks in the bottom are going to do much good.
  22. Fluid changes... Fluid changes... This why i dont buy the hype of synthetics and use cheap Super Tech fluids i can change often and keep every fresh fluid wise.
  23. I asked my rebuiler about the torque value and thats why you need the tools for torquing the 5th gear nut. I would double check my number but im pretty sure thats what he told me.
