ABS and Brake lite stuck on
Like I know my problem is the front wheel bearing and the tone rings are screwed. My sensors, ABS module and everything else checks out fine.

...I never thought I would
Be thankful it didn't end like this where the deer make a leap. Bumper is great for the road height stuff but if it leaps up your screwed. A matter of fact I had to take a friend home last night at 9pm. He was looking at me why I travel so slow heading to Riggins, ID. I know where the deer hang out and where it common to bolt across the road.

Fuel Additives
I'd love to see this... Can you get a copy of this MSDS sheet. As for fuel additives most over the counter products are cetane boosters which is a bad thing MPG wise. This the key reason why MPG falls in the winter is the cetane value is increased in the winter time and the BTU's are reduced. 2 Cycle oil is a natural cetane reducer or a BTU increaser. As for HFRR you want a fuel score of less that 450 HFRR for optimal fuel system life. So the 2 cycle oil theory originally was started by a member here @dorkweed which started the idea I'm the one that pushed it forward. So if you got questions about 2 cycle oil usage and how it works chemically I'm sure I can fill your head with all kinds of information. Most 2 cycle oil today is mostly highly refined oil that is ashless no soft metals like zinc added. So I've got a hard time believing the 2 cycle oil being mostly kerosene... I'd still like to see. I know Supertech is produced by PennzOil. SuperTech 2 Cycle Oil. http://ilrc.ucf.edu/documents/ILRC 00000639/NCFS_639 Super Tech Universal 2 Cycle.pdf As for my injection pump its got 214k miles on it and still going strong. I've been using 2 cycle oil for over 183k miles with no impact to the fuel system, filters, injectors or injection pump. Oh try and catch me now on the MPG numbers...

ABS and Brake lite stuck on
If the cruise control or the speedometer is acting goofy then I would replace the rear speed sensor.

Should start considering breaking this into group. West coast group is going to catfish. Then who ever else want to create you can made plans for the your area too.

Cracked intake plenum eyelet
The only thing I would do is crush the last few threads of the bolt so nut just can rattle off. You can hit them with a thin punch or small chisel as long as the last few threads are damaged it won't just rattle off.

Actually here in my yard I've got a 1 1/2" fire hydrant with 118 PSI of pressure so let me flip out a 100 feet of hose and we can have a water fight. Just looking over the map for the eclipse its going to go right over Weiser, Idaho just about. Looks about Council, ID is the northern border and then just bit north of Caldwell, Idaho is the southern boarder. So the problem is if you go north into the trees and mountain your range of view will be bad unless you got a ATV and can ride to look out tower. Down around Weiser, ID is nothing but high desert and low rolling hills so your range of view is really good. Just very little for trees down there. If your going to do that bring some junk shoes or good river saddles.. I'm sure the river bottom is full of old fishing hooks.

Heck... I'll roll out the awing and your more than welcome to nap there or you can find a grass patch up near the small shade patch there. This Google photo is kind of poor and old. The first few slots are tucking in the trees with good shade. There is much more grass now than back when this photo was taken.

Seem like most are looking for shade. Snake river is good for fishing catfish but its slow moving water for the most part so yes there is insects and such as expected. Boon docking might have its own issues for areas large enough for number of people. RV parks like catfish I'm pretty sure we could cram everyone in there. Just folks like @Me78569 doesn't have A/C so he would need shade. I know there is like maybe 6 slots with full shade there at Catfish. I've got central air in my RV so I could easily just park in the open slot and fire up the A/C and stay fair cool for the day.

If I remember right its 225*F.

Dash gauge for the most part is correct and accurate. It's just digital displays give a absolute number where the needle on the dash might barely move hard to see a 5* change on the dash where like ScanGauge II or OBDLink will show an absolute number. As long as the needle stays in the normal bracket of the gauge you should be fine.

Hmmmm... Being the forest line starts at about Council, ID... There is one small campground "Mann Creek" north of Weiser Idaho small problem is that place has a bad tick problem. Does have shade. https://www.google.com/maps/@44.4120201,-116.9092818,270m/data=!3m1!1e3 Here is evergreen campground closer to my place about 100 miles from Catfish. Tucked deep in the trees... https://www.google.com/maps/@44.8921154,-116.3890621,394m/data=!3m1!1e3 Here is Cabin Creek Campground quite a ways of the highway on a single lane dirt road. https://www.google.com/maps/@44.6548417,-116.2740721,310m/data=!3m1!1e3 Poison Creek campground you have to buy your slot in advance in USFS web page. https://www.google.com/maps/@44.6701367,-116.1094738,520m/data=!3m1!1e3 Here is a commercial search of local campgrounds. https://www.google.com/maps/search/campgrounds/@44.1126589,-116.8357471,10z/data=!3m1!4b1

A/C not that cold
Typically really low system will have a cycling compressor even if you hold the throttle at 1,500 RPM. Now a close to right will be locked constant at an idle might see frost on the accumulator can still a sign of low charge. Prefect charge should hold the compressor locked at idle or 1,500 RPM and the accumulator can should sweat heavily. This typically found at about 35-40 PSI low side pressure. NOTE: Pressure numbers will vary depending on outside temperature and fan speed.

Radiator support removal?
Ron over at Northwest Machine. http://www.northwestmotormachine.com/about.html As for removal I don't see how you can pull a full engine with the cab on there isn't enough room to clear the pan before hitting cowl.

None to steal... Maybe sleep under JAG1 truck. I'm sure you don't want to hear us tromping around at night.

Radiator support removal?
Got the cross brace out. It is a PITA to do by yourself. As for this engine I'm going to pull the head to get it out. Either the pan or the head. Head is easier for me right now and less messy. Re-installing I might have the shop eave the pan loose for the reinstall. 2WD 1 Ton truck.

1. Beer that's easy... Weiser, ID is a quick jump for beer. 2. Fishing. That's easy your got the Snake River to catch catfish. 3. Shade... That is a problem there is very little shade. Then I highly suggest you get your placement at Catfish junction.

Thermostat temp
Take notice to my coolant gauge here I've marked the green area as normal. You can see the open temperature of my thermostat. So I would have to say your thermostat is sticking. Heater core is going south if your smelling anti-freeze in the cab. Most likely got a small crack and the expanding coolant with pressure is force out a small crack or pin hole. Highly suggest a fuel pressure gauge. Most idiot light come on way too low. Like my old Cummins low fuel pressure would trip at 3.5 PSI. You need to be able to keep 14-20 PSI optimally. 10 PSI is stock low fuel pressure limit.

Well it depends on how many are going to actually show up. As you can see the Catfish junction doesn't really have much for shade. I think like 5-6 slots and the rest are out in the open. The only reason I would consider Catfish is for powering up the A/C but I really hate to be trapped in a shoe box RV listening to the A/C run. So most likely we'll be boondocking but I never know. Here is a evening photo of my last trip of boondocking alone the Snake River west of Catfish Junction.

APPS low voltage p0122
Timbo do not adjust for voltage! Leave it alone... Stock APPS I would leave i alone. Wells APPS I would adjust it. As for the 2-4% TPS number it could be a module or programmer messing with the signal. Try removing them and see if it remains. Here shortly it might toss a P0121 code. If APPS reset gives relief but reoccurs again thee you dealing with an alternator issues with excessive AC noise that is messing with the ECM now.
