Wheel Load Ratings
Bill's right like a friend down the road just got new tires and they are rated for 3,415 pounds in a Load Range E. But I've got 3,042 pounds in a load range E. Still in all even if the tire was like my old load range G's at 3,750 pounds still doesn't change the fact of the designed limits of the truck and safety factors. So even if the tires can do it... How about the wheels? Then are you going over your axle weight rating? How about gross vehicle weight?

Thoughts on Edge EZ vs Superchips Flashpaq vs Other Econo Tuners
Modular design is a very good thing so when the Edge module dies for what ever reason you still have you gauges. Like with a Edge Comp you can unhook it in a few seconds and still keep all you gauges. Edge Juice fails your without your gauges.

An age When Bones Can't take it any longer
Yes once in awhile I have my junk food but nothing like the general American public. Yes I have occasional soda pop but I don't buy cases and case like the America Public. Like Beer and Soda pop around here last for months because its so rarely consumed. I see people in Riggins, ID hauling huge trash sacks full of beer can and pop cans. Like here we might pick up two or three 2 liters bottles of soda pop but it typically goes flat well before it consumed. Even beer a 12 pack of beer goes for months. Heck a 1/5 of whiskey goes for years... There is nothing wrong with having a little sweets and junk once in awhile as long as it moderated or limited. Out of all the people I talk to on the phone I know of several people that are members of this forum that are well above 300 and some above 400 pounds. They have back and joint issues and/or health problems etc. Health wise I consider myself fairly average. I'm not the best but no where near the Doctor bound people I live around. They are constantly in the local clinic for a new drug, pain killer, illness etc. Last time I seen a doctor was back in 1996 when I dislocated my knee.

He351ve stand alone Arduino controller code for 2nd Gen Cummins
I would have to agree figuring between sea level and the tallest point in the world you can drive. There is going to be a difference in atmospheric pressure from one elevation to another.

I must be lucky then... I was at a high of 235 pounds back in 2001. Now today I'm at 205 pounds. I'm also 6'2" tall. I still eat everything but in moderation. But I'm typically a active person. So it rather tough for me gain weight typically but during the winter I normally gain a few but lose it in the spring of the year. MoparMom and myself typically eat very good health diet with mostly home made stuff. Very little pre-processed foods.

Now you know why I run dual hard drives. Primary is setup for operation of the OS and software. The secondary drive is setup for weekly backup. Always love when Linux throws a banner up stating a hard drive is going to fail soon please back up now. Really nice when you go through you old hard drive to test and SMART pick up right away in Linux setting the warning.

Very nicely done Nick!

Wheel Load Ratings
Here is the full page. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/brw-908b688045 The only reason I suggest hub centric is the hub will center it all up for you. But lug centric will rely on the lug nuts to center it all up.

I would aim for hub centric. Right on the door.

ECM controlled lift pump
Same here... My AirDog is relay driven so the ECM is never loaded with the pump loads.

Calibrated dead on. When you get a ScanGauge II you have to calibrate both speed and the GPH flow rate for the number. What the ScanGauge II displays for gallons used is right where the pump kick off at. The lie-o-meter above is calibrated only for stock wheels, tires and fuel system. Then there is no way to recalibrate the lie-o-meter to oversized tires or bigger injectors.

ECM controlled lift pump
Here is what a MOSFET is.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOSFET Here is the MOSFET's in the ECM As for lift pump wiring... As you can see there is two lead out of the ECM I can assume there is two MOSFET's controlling the fuel pump in parallel to handle the normal current load.

Wheel Load Ratings
Also some people are way over weight with their 5th wheel RV and never scaled them either.
-
ECM controlled lift pump
I never did like the idea of the ECM directly powering the lift pump. It should of always been a relay direct part. Can you imagine what the heat stress is like with a semi-locked up pump in the dead of winter on the MOSFET's in the ECM?

Wheel Load Ratings
3,200 pounds should be plenty. Rear axle on 3/4 tons is 6,084 so the per wheel would be 3,042. Then the chances of actually getting there without over doing the GVWR total is rather hard. Being I know my front axle is 4.440 pounds minus 8,800 GVWR so that leaves 4,360 for the rear axle. So that is mere 2,180 pounds per wheel on the rear axle at GVWR. But if you where to go full load to the rear axle that would be 10,524 pounds on the truck total. That's 1,724 over weight.

boost fooler
Opps my bad... I knew it was 14 point something...
-
An age When Bones Can't take it any longer
Bill. So how about things like breads made from wheat?
-
boost fooler
It's a absolute pressure sensor. So it can detect changes in the elevation. It's a typical 0 to 5 volt sensor like all the others. The 98.5 to 02 sensors are not OBDII friendly they do have a offset voltage so they tend to display weird values like mine shows 28.6 PSIa at idle or roughly 14.3 PSI of boost.

ScanGauge II is a very helpful tool in watching MPG numbers in real time. Speed (MPH) / Flow (GPH) = MPG
-
boost fooler
Yes. You need a boost fooler and a fuelling module that can calculate a fuel table beyond the stock 20-22 PSI. So you going to need a Edge or Quadzilla to make the best use of those injectors.

Alternator Diodes
Somewhere someone posted a link of a source for alternator diodes but its disappeared into the black hole call a database could be on CF or here.

I've got a jar of coconut oil in the cabinet in the kitchen we picked up but wasn't sure what we could use it for. I guess I'll have MoparMom bail in and sub it for the normal cooking oils.

Exhaust Kits
Yeah... These band clamps will seal up minor differences in slip on pipes.

Thoughts on Edge EZ vs Superchips Flashpaq vs Other Econo Tuners
Weird. I can't do the 65 MPH at those numbers. Even at 60 MPH I drop to about 19-20 MPG. 3.55 Gear. 5 speed manual trans. Wheels and Tires only weight mere 62 pounds. The 235's are 1.1 inches narrower and 0.04 inches taller (or 1 rev/mile more). 45 MPH = 27-32 MPG 55 MPH = 20-23 MPG 65 MPH = 16-19 MPG 75 MPH = 13-15 MPG (Rare to do since I got to be on a interstate and there is none up here).
