Battery Drain
Check for draw. Since you passing power into the seat motors some how draining on the batteries then the switch must be making a weak connection. You could unhook each seat motor one at a time to see which switch could be causing it. When you find the motor that is bleeding the current then when it unhooked the draw will vanish.

Well for now I would just unplug the electric seats. But what's funny I've happen to have a electric seat switch here for you if need be... But more than likely you have a bad power seat switch.

Tires
I've got 1 set of ST tires that where rated for 99 MPH. I actually ran them on the truck. Speed rating of a Q. Load Range G. Size 235/ 85 R16. So they do exist but not common place. What's funny is this set of tires where China made and worked wonderful on the truck for 30k miles which was typical tire life for me. https://www.bigotires.com/Tire-Detail/VOMA/SOLID-TRAC-RADIAL-A-S-TRAILER/23024

Ummm... Here is ash and what it will do to your injectors. Yes. It can plug or mess with injectors spray.

I've also got radial ST tires on both trailers but neither tire is rated for above 65 MPH period. Maxxon and TowMax are the brands I'm running currently.

Best compromise fuel economy to price of diesel sedans or wagons?
I'm pretty sure there is a few VW vehicles with diesel engines that are all wheel drive.

Best roll on bed liner?
If you doing Nerf bars again go with the Bully Bars that are chrome finish. Mine are actually stainless steel and a bit of "aluminium brightener" works awesome to clean them up and make it look new again.

Top pic fuse 2 & 10 supply the circuit for the key switch. Fuse 1 supplies also to the Cab. There is 3 pages of power supply for this. 2002-Dodge-Cummins-Wiring.pdf

Battery Drain
Once again the is the PDC. Everything under the hood is usually exterior circuits. The fuse panel inside the cab is going to be all cab related.

Fuel economy jump
ISX conditions yo can do such with fairly consistent MPG's. Now here I can driver back and forth to work and the next day drive to McCall Idaho and alter the MPG number. Or have to climb a 16% grade to get to the fire chief's place, or maybe haul a load of firewood. That why my numbers are very dynamic and extremely difficult to get a consistent number. Heck I might have a summer where I get called out several fire call than be caning the throttle around other vehicles.

Here is the box opened up...

Battery Drain
Need to get pass the alternator lugs and get into the subsystems and start measuring other circuits for draw. The lugs at the alternator fuse are the master feeds entering the vehicle anyways. As I supplied in the pic in the previous post. Heck if your out here in Idaho I'd do the testing for you.

Kia timing belt trick.
I've got a friend that brought me his car and it was vibrating horrid. Just off idle it would vibrate really bad. He did some digging and found a video on setting counter balance shafts. So comes back with the car today and ask me to do the work for him. All I got to say is it fixed the problem and moderately difficult to do but if your patient you'll get through it. I also thanked the author of the video for showing this...

Poor Performance on a 24 valve.
I would pull the turbo from the truck. Then pull the wastegate motor off and then heat the casting around the wastegate shaft with a propane torch. Then using penetrating oil and small hammer tapping the arm in opening directing. Work a little at a time both directions using heat, oil, and impact.

Tires
Weight police. No I'm meant the people with tire failures. When you ask if they scaled ever most will answer "No." then when they do scale the trailer axle weight is typically over the tire capacity. But yeah I know the weight police you talk about too that scream about GVWR capacities. I'm speaking about tire capacities at stated pressure. I remember ISX sayin something about wheel and tire testing in a pass thread too... I wish I could find it.

I guess its time to file a complaint to the manager of the store.

Tires
You might want to peek over the RV sites. It will surprise how many people over load a RV and wonder why the tires are popping like popcorn. Most RV owners tend to inflate to max on the side wall. Common out here to see utility trailers over loaded with firewood and tires blown out. Industrial trailers a bit different than a smaller Load Range C or D tire on a utility trailer. Kind of like my utility trailer Load Range C's rated for 50 PSI I typically run 40 PSI. Because I've never gotten to squeeze the tires down flat faced much. Even with full loads of firewood. But still no tire failures. Or like my RV with Load Range D's inflated to 65 PSI. But I know the scaled weight of 8,020#. But still in all you should run within the designed limits of the tire for longevity.

Tires
Most tire failures are because people tow at excessive speeds. There is very few ST tires that are rated for over 65 MPH. Like with my trailers (utility and RV) I never tow faster than 55-60 MPH and never had a tire issue. I know both trailers have tires rated for MAX speed of 65 MPH. But how long do you expect a tire to last right at RED LINE? Just like saying your going to run your engine at red line and not expect it to throw parts. Second problem is over loading the ST tire with too much weight. Third problem is under-inflating a ST tire.

Fuel economy jump
I like using this little spreadsheet it works awesome to figure out which vehicle is cheaper to drive. I just plug in the MPG and fuel prices and it figures out which vehicle is the cheapest for the job. Towing or empty. Like with today prices the 1996 Dodge Ram is cheaper to drive with current MPG numbers used.

Tired of Bad Service at Parts Stores!
I always get excellent service from my local Napa stores. they all know me by name and I get to use Lindy's account and gain a small discount for all my parts. Most of the time I hit them with odd parts and we have a understanding. Give counter guys the vehicle information, what part your looking for, if they can't find it right then they will call you back with a answer. Ford products tend to be the weirdest vehicles rarely in stock and most need to be custom order from the dealer.
