Fender flares for a dually
@Youngblood24v move over, lol. Should also put shitty brakes under it then it will work better. Just kidding man but probably would work better for those that read it.

Boost Whining - Don't Think It's A Boost Leak
I would take compressor housing off and look, but be aware you may have a boost leak where snap ring goes if you do, you can always use some rtv there too if can't stop the leak.

High amp alternator
That is a bit disturbing @IBMobile

50 hp Injectors
I'd just call them and ask to be sure if that's where you're getting them from or tag them here. I'm just guessing on washer thickness style dependent, I don't think it's sac vs vco more like thickness of nozels where washers go, some may be machined differently. I would think most will use standard. It also may have something to do with spray angle, where in the bawl it will spray, I'm just thinking out loud here not really sure.

50 hp Injectors
I would guess standard it may depend on nozzle style, dap should have all o rings and washers you need, I have purchased them directly through Cummins before.

2000 to 2002 Steering upgrade
With the waight of the truck on front axle you're not going to see slop very easy, if it was a civic maybe. Put axle on jack stands, best to have two people one wiggling one looking.

Heater grid
Before you just hook them up like that I would recommend doing some wire, relay, grid troubleshooting or you make cook some things.

- 2000 to 2002 Steering upgrade
35s but front end won't be happy, along other things Free always good lol, but seriously seems like more expensive is not always better when it comes to tires. I have toyo open country and not too impressed, they're good just not as good as the hype. I did liked nitto terra grappler, may be my next set again, but I think they were only D rated so not sure there. Might try something different too, still early to decide my tires got more than 3/4 life left.- Lost first gear today.
try setting it to 20 and see if anything changes highly doubted that you have zero vac, in my mind fluke is one of the best devices to test for such things. Sorry to say but you may be buying another meter. There is plenty of them on eBay used just look for 99 to 100 percent feedback.- Testing Injector Pop Pressure in the real world
Oh man that's a good gig badlining things, congratulations. I've seen this stuff on just about anything including work boots. What product will you use, I heard xline is better but can be slippery vs that other more rubbery stuff, can't think of a name. Edit: oops sorry Nick that wasn't related to Pop pressure you can delete my post if you wish. May I say one more thing, would be safe to say if you wanted 330 bar have them set it at sat at that 340 like posted above and hope that they settle to 330 and stay there.- thoughts on stock ABS
They went to the moon without abs.... Supposedly more than once may I add, wonder what they put in tires for air, nitrogen Maybe- 2000 to 2002 Steering upgrade
That's why I put 2.5 ton axles from duce under my mud trucks, but still managed to brake axles untill I put some chrome Molly in there 285/75/17 is what I got 56lb, my next set will probably be 265 but according to toyo they are 54lb so not sure there yet.- thoughts on stock ABS
I would chose that any day vs abs crap, I got it on my work trucks 2012 and 2016 f350 and plowing with abs and traction control that I can disable but it still trying to take over is very annoying. Never know what to expect where if it's all manual you get used to it and way you go.- High amp alternator
I love this thread- High amp alternator
I see your point @Mopar1973Man I do check AC noise kind of regularly, I guess my question is, will it do any damage to any electrical components by having more grounds, or the only risk is not knowing about AC noise sooner- High amp alternator
I know that Mike advised against this but I added grounds to my truck about 4 years ago before I knew all this. One from passenger side negative to body, one from driver side to frame and one from bottom mounting bolt of alternator to passenger side negative. Is this what you describe as loops and should be avoided. I see no side effects at this time but that doesn't mean it's not there.- The crf450ish random question thread.
Mine have about 16th to 1/8 up and down but no side to side, I'm almost at 160k on the original ones. I already got a set of Spicer's to go in when I feel the need- Map sensor wattage
I think we all like to know why you need wattage at least I- High amp alternator
@Mopar1973Man what alternators are you using, name? If so who's to say they aren't as junk as any part store one. I see all the points you guys are making, Just thinking out loud.- High Idle Switch install
@Mopar1973Man so it's got to be pretty close especially at cruise state when not a lot happening and it's somewhat stable. I would guess.- High Idle Switch install
Yes now that you said it I remembered you and maybe Nick discussing it. So will a obd link show true timing or how can we see what's really happening.- High Idle Switch install
That's what I've noticed too unless quadzilla doesn't display all timing just what it wants or thinks.- What color is your truck?
@Ben I personally don't care for white and main reason is probably rust, I hate rust on white so other than that nice looking trucks, you still got all 3? And all Cummins Edit, just noticed a gopro on a jeep do much trail riding, man you got it made 3 nice trucks and a jeep in a nice shop, are you married still? - 2000 to 2002 Steering upgrade
