  1. Like @NIsaacs said maybe 28 I was just judging from my 60hp injectors I had, even on level 0 I could have swore it went to 30s You can put a plug in turbo housing where the elbow is just to see if you get higher boost, if not then maybe your wastegate is not fully closed.
  2. You should be seeing 35-40 psi easy with your injectors, I would not go past 40 with your hx35. Get a adjustable boost elbow or other means of restricting wastegate to start opening at 34,35 PSI don't push it past 40 as it just creates high drive pressure. But you still need a good boost fooller so you don't throw codes for over boost. Can't go wrong with quadzilla and v2 tuning on the vp44 truck.
  3. Is ECM original, sounds like the anti stall feature isn't working right, or injectors are wearing out and ECM having trouble to keep it at 800 RPM. What is the engine load at idle.
  4. Do you have any leads by a chance, I'm thinking about doing it this winter for a project. Just wasn't sure how many gauges and switches and solenoids I need. I have one gauge already, guessing 2 is enough. One for psi in the tank and the other to monitor air bags.
  5. Test the AC output on the alternator before and after the mod. Make sure to use a good quality voltmeter cheap ones do not work, they give you false reading. Also make sure you are doing it on a warmed up truck before you shut it down so grid heaters are not cycling and nothing goofy is going on You really don't want to be above .05vac especially with automatic
  6. Well this looks good. Does it still idle rough or you only have bucking issues when driving down the road. I would do wt mod next before I do anything else. It might surprise you on the outcome. Could be something to do with your torque converter cycling.
  7. I didn't care for my adjustable boost elbow, there are other ways of dealing with wastegate. I chose to just put a plug in the turbo housing and rely 100% on my tuning. There is quite a bit to learn about V2 tuning, once you figure it all out you can call your truck the beast. Learning video is like learning a different language, it takes time to get used to it. V2 not video, spell check at its best
  8. Sounds like injectors to me, what is the engine load the idle. What is your RPM at idle. What is tps input at idle should be zero. Have you done WT mod Have you checked your alternator for AC noise
  9. Some scary stuff
  10. It's probably just your tstat, you can just pop the hoses off the heater core and flush it out, try both directions see if anything comes out.
  11. Sorry about that, thought it was a broad statement on all synchromesh. At the same time the guy I know that has a transmission shop for last 40 years told me if they are unsure what to put in they use pennzoil synchromesh and never had a failure due to that oil.
  12. It seems that we're getting closer to the theme in move idiacrocy.
  13. I see, like you said you got 2 wires extended out to the motor, just use your 9v for now till you find a used one or decide to get new.
  14. New on the left old on the right, both say synthetic, maybe the syndromesh one is not
  15. So it worked at first with a 9v battery and now it doesn't? Maybe brushes in motor are done. Sorry I don't know on blend door as I haven't messed with mine yet, great now that I said it probably be next thing I'll be fixing
  16. Yeah I'm not sure anymore where I live, seems common sense is not common and I just don't seem to follow the crowd for the most part, plus I've been called that more than once in my life, especially lately... so why not, can't go on serious all the time in this life. Plus DOT sent me new plates after 10 years it was a good time to upgrade. I wanted to get powerwagon on there but all the different combinations were taken in iowa, maybe you can get them yet in your states. I did it all on line, it was easy and then scheduled appointment to pick them up when they were available. I came up with lots of different themes, but kinda like the whole hillbilly one. Matches my sticker by the exhaust, not sure if anyone notice that one.
  17. @Tractorman thanks for the update, I haven't tried new bushing yet after I changed fluid shifting seem to be improved a little. Still not sure if amsoil changed something in their synchromesh fluid as it looked and smelled different then old bottle I had left. New fluid is darker and has some smell to it, not sure what to compare it with.
  18. Keep them separate no T . Length of lines doesn't matter. I ran mine to rear lisence plate bottom holes. Someday I'll get some solenoids to operate it from inside the cab, already have on board air and rear bumper acts as a tank. Just need time and will now. You can even see my air coupler sticking on the bottom side of the bumper next to rear camera. I love my bags, not that I need them much but nice when I do.
  19. Wait... You were looking at new trucks? I thought you were busy at work or is that what you told the wife.
  20. I'm just stumbled every time I hear you mention your ujoints and turbo with that mileage. Little chicken grease goes a long way I suppose. Kidding aside I'm happy to hear that you got all that life out of it.
  21. You can't pry my 7x10's away from me, they work well with the quad and v2 tuning. I still think even 75 hp injectors could the poped to 320, but I can't say for sure as I've never done that. Just feel that if they all settle so fast it'll give much longer life to them. P.S. I'm not seeing my signature or anyone else's anymore @Mopar1973Man makes it tougher to give advice.
