Injectors
x2 on cross over tubes. First time I did injectors I didn't have a torque wrench and crows foot and I cranked those nuts tight, no leaks. 2nd time doing injectors, I had torqued to spec and had leaks at the nuts on some of the connections, even after over tightening. Replaced the cross over tubes with new, torque to spec and no sealing issues. Don't give up @hex0rz, you'll get it!

Teach me how to drive up hill or get more power
As stated, a small performance box and small injectors make a huge difference! I ran 60hp injectors and an edge EZ and it was night and day over stock pulling and riding empty. But, you can't do that until you upgrade the torque converter and valve body.

Exhaust
I ran stock, 4" straight, 4" w/muffler, 5" w/muffler and now 5" w/muffler and resonator. 5" is deaper sounding and I like the sound better, but drone was terrible at cruising speeds so a resonator is needed. My 2 cents

I hate to say it but it appears that Idaho may hay a political version of Stage IV Metastatic Untreatable Cancer
That's where it starts. I can't believe the crap they fill there heads with. My niece goes to Catholic school, she'll be 10 this summer. Her teacher "helped" her write a paper on what she would do if she were president. Here are some highlights -make college free -make food and housing more affordable for poor people and I forget the rest What they don't tell these kids is that you only get what you work for. Kids are growing up thinking everything is free and everyone deserves or is entitled to a house, food, car, etc. Ridiculous. The only way those things are achievable, in the current state of the US, is through tax dollars. Then shame kids into thinking thy are racist from 200 years ago and these kids are mush. “The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.” 2 Thessalonians 3

But she's speaking from her heart and all her feelings and emotions with such good intentions! Bahh Me and my Dad talk about this all the time. The crazy libs are the ones that speak out in public and demonstrate and are a small percentage, but they are everywhere. That way of thinking has been brought out and encouraged that last 8 years, and seen as the new patriotic. I live in Massachusetts and the mayor of Boston just yesterday declared Boston a sanctuary city. Put enough morons together in close proximity with a moron leading them and this is what you get.

More showed up for Obamas" inaugeration than Trumps'??
Don't know, don't care about crowd size or ratings. The important thing is that the media needs to be held accountable for the lies and deception. They should be fined/ jailed for what they knowingly do.

99 cummins turbo drain hose
Pretty sure the drain hose size is 7/8" ID, that little hose that hooks the block to the metal turbo drain line. I tried 3/4" heater hose and it wouldn't fit. You could try looking up the Cummins part # and see if there's a size description. Or take it off and measure.

Opinions needed on dash swap
x2 on LMC dash replacement. TBo, member on this forum and a dodge tech, did mine and it looks factory, ever so slight color variation. LMC dash bezel is good too. Even though I didn't have heater core or evaporator issues, I had the dash and all those parts replaced while it was apart.

P or LT tires on 2013 Silverado 1500 1/2 Ton
About time to get some new tires on the company truck, 2013 Silverado 1500 1/2 ton, about 60k miles on these BFGoodrich Rugged Terrains P275/55R20s. Any advantage going to LT tires? I have maxed out payload and towing with this vehicle, although I don't load it up every week. Only issue I keep having is punctured tires from nails/metal.

Billet Flexplate and Washer
It was only 15 degrees last night and a whopping 20 degrees right now in beautiful balmy liberal Massachusetts. I just installed the flexplate to crank and torqued to 105 ft-lbs and used red loctite. Does temperature play a role in the torque specs in this situation?

Looking for 3rd gen calipers
Bone yard. I assume the rotors are larger and the pads too? Making for more surface area? If the the calipers are the same then why are 3rd gen brakes better?

Billet Flexplate and Washer
Goerend flex plate came in from MTS Diesel! Had to do some slight grinding on the holes to get the lip off. No cracked welds! Still waiting on my torque converter to get restalled.

Billet Flexplate and Washer
I'll try to get my money back or sell it. If anyone wants to weld it up, let me know. $250 shipped.

Mike, what's that stuff again
Complete opposite. The oil is for rust/corrosion, and it attracts dirt/dust. And from my front crank leak and oil pan leaks, my front end has no rust. I'd rather have oil that you can wipe off, versus rust. I coat the frame, underside, in the doors/wheel wells/rockers. I live in the northeast and lived in the midwest where salt and pretreaters run rampid and eat away trucks before they fully live their life.

Billet Flexplate and Washer
Goerends are on backorder, but that's what I'll be getting. Here's another $350 for a flexplate... I don't want to risk welding or using the PRW because of the pilot bushing slop. What would be the downside of welding? Possible warping if done poorly? Balance? Wish I had a 5 speed
