Front Crank Seal Help .... and show and tell of what the dealer did
I would be on that dealer like white on rice man. i'd prob drive my truck to the dealer and pull the cover in front of one of the bays that guy worked on. Then I would drag the service manager out and have the tech explain what you are finding......Even if it was damaged when he started he should have told you. I would hate to be in your position. I hope it works out.

Edge Juice AND Quadzilla
Yep no go, Only one timing box and only one wiretap box.
-
Edge juice or iQuad
Old and new tunes are the same. Dd vs towing vs mpg don't really need different tunes. Mpg is best when you use your right foot correctly. Towing is best when you turn power down and fun driving is better when you turn power up. Use the tuning as a way to tailor the quad to suite your driving style. I like. Lvls 5 Timing 7 or 8 Timing scaling g 80 Tps pump min 30 Tps pump max 100 Can Tps min 20 Can Tps max 100 Boost scaling 25.

odd problem
Had an issue exactly like this due to a bad crank sensor. They can do funny things.

It's the little things
I give Mike a hard time about mullets, but I figured I should share the love nothing like a Redneck wedding. See Mike, Mullets are still awesome.

Longer cranking...
That could be it, but I would think you would notice the truck cranking at a slower rev only on one battery in the cold. I'd replace the cable regardless.
-
Longer cranking...
Pretty much right in the middle of the back of the head. Follow the t up to the head. Replace the washers on the VP they are cheap.
-
Longer cranking...
More than likely yes. check the back of the head and the fuel return t near the firewall.

Steering kit
The last group of moog parts on my truck didn't last at all. I could use the Ball joints as bells after 10-15k I went Rayebesto on my wifes truck for the entire front end and it is staying tight.

Snubber, needle valve, or both?
I use the yellow teflon tape typically. Little late to the party, but

Longer cranking...
Park nose downhill and report back.

automatic transmission late shift
Got ya, Can you take a picture? Both the Transfer case and Tranny use AFT+4 so either could be leaking. transfer case R&R is pretty cheap ~$150 and easy to do. I just did mine and I wrote an article on it. IF it is the output seal on the trans you will need to drop the trans case then replace the seal. I honestly don't remember if you can replace the output seal on the trans wihtout pulling the OD housing. I think you could.....

automatic transmission late shift
The canister on the side of the block is a heat exchanger, it helps warm up the trans fluid when cold and cool off the trans fluid when hot. Where is it leaking from? The lines?

47RE issues
Does it have a lockup switch? If so return it back to stock and see what happens. if there was a short in the switch or something you would all sorts of issues.
-
IQuad custom tuning
I have never tried setting the pump min up to %99, that would be IF she did floor it to %100 it would give all wiretap fueling instantly. Not sure how well it would work hahah.
-
47RE issues
The trans won't downshift if it is locked, if you go to "n" I think it will unlock and the. You should have 1st. Not that it helps the issue. I am not expert, just thinking outloud.
-
47RE issues
no idea haha....I am not much help I would guess the lockup solenoid is sticking open. When he stops, and pulls it to "N" the goes back to D is the TC still locked?

Throaty, Spooly 2nd gen
I guess yes, but the arduino code talks to the turbo, if the turbo says the internal temp is cold & the arduino detects idle state it will go into warmup mode and close the turbo down. Pretty nice.

It's the little things

It's the little things
Well got to thinking today that stuff is going pretty good. Sure I am poor and my truck rattles, but I have a house, food, and a wife so how bad could it be? Anyways thought it was a good time to share some pictures of the little things. Nokie 8 or 9 years old.... don't remember. 1 year and 4 months ago she was given a month to live due to Cancer. She is sitting next to me now as happy and healthy as can be. Gotta say life is treating me pretty well, who knows how much longer she has, but I don't worry about that.
