  1. Here you go. They're dirty but that's what they are for.
  2. I also have the husky liners in mine. Black is the best like @JAG1 stated. When I head out to the truck in a few I'll snap a pic @notlimah
  3. No noises at all but it was getting harder to shift. I started off to look at throwout bearing and saw the pilot toasted and discovered the clutch
  4. Yes I measured back from the from of the adapter plate and got a good eyeball to those measurements.
  5. No the PO had it replaced in bfe Wyoming. The pilot bearing failed which in turn let the center of the clutch disintegrate because it was engaging off center.
  6. Nv4500/241dhd. 19" to center of shift tower. 23"to center of 4x4 floor shifter recess
  7. My truck is ready to turn 327k. I'm averaging 19-21mpg @75mph traveling back and for between NM and CO. Tuesday I managed 16mpg hauling a Jeep to NM. Like most I stay on top of maintenance because of my travels. A week and a half ago I pulled the trans to check the throwout bearing and found a little issue with my clutch.
  8. Congratulations! Now I'll have to keep an eye out for it when I'm passing through!
  9. Old Snow blowers are also great for scoring parts
  10. Mine has the same package. Double overloads.
  11. The remote for the power locks/panic button
  12. Ive used these instructions to reprogram extra key fobs(remote) from my 99' to my 00' but you have to have a working fob to do it. Both of my trucks also had the factory security option. https://northcoastkeyless.com/2000-dodge-ram-truck-1500-2500-3500-keyless-entry-remote-programming-instructions/
  13. @trreed those definitely look like Colorado mag chloride slide pins! I just plan on a new set every spring.
  14. @Me78569 I was wondering how your truck started this morning. My overhead showed -14 coming down Monument this morning at 6am.
  15. @Dieselfuture that birch, an aspen by the fire pit and of course the giant "parking" rock were the only things it hit. It has a strap on it hooked to his Cherokee because it was a bit tipsy. We were just thankful no one was hurt. It was about 45 minutes after he parked it that it rolled.
  16. Well maintained e-brakes and make sure it's in gear or your uncle almost loses his truck!
  17. January 11th will be a year of having our 74' 580CK. My uncle and I paid $3k for it and put about $1k into it to bring it up to snuff. It has more than paid for itself prepping the first piece of property we didn't have to sub out all the excavation for a house. The only extra attachment that would be nice for our area is a jackhammer(they are named the Rockies for a reason!) I would like to get a 4x4 someday as well but a pair of chains out back goes a long way.
  18. My truck did this Christmas Eve morning as it was -11 F that morning when I started it to leave Colorado. It fired and shortly after as I walked back into the house it went to 3cyl it was like the anti-stall kicked in...quick rev on all six cylinders to keep it running and back to normal and 3cyl warmup.
  19. Have you checked the set screw on the heater treater coupling? I found out the PO had already installed one in my truck and the set screw had backed out a little and wasn't allowing full swing of my blend door.
  20. @Dieselfuture very minimal 50-150 degrees it varies. The front 3 read on my isspro and the rear 3 on my Quad.
  21. ^^^^^^ what he said. That's what I did.
  22. I used a drawstrawV from Vulcan diesel when I went with my FASS. Air dog also has their own kit to replace the in tank pump with a draw straw set up @dripley used one if I remember right.
