cummins vs. the others...six in a row makes em go...cummins has 40% less moving parts.a diesel was designed to be in the inline configuration...i always push this in the ford and chevy guys face...raise the hood on a peterbuilt....what do you see...not a v8...a inline baby!!!

that is the oil that i run in my truck...got lucky one time and you may want to check sometime to....went to a truck stop..i think it was pilot...and dude they had it $9.99...buy one get one free...that,s sweeeeet.

isx said it..and i will add some simplicity...a wastegate is security or insurance per se....when it it's max boost it dumps it...when you take the hose off of the wastegate side and plug it..zip tie it or whatever you can make it spool til it will explode..this is a play at your own risk deal...remember overspeed is over heat is blown head gasket..this equals...thermal meltdown...just an f.y.i.

thats what nice with the edge juice w/att..it has a turbo cool down timer to set in minutes or egt's...have mine set on 4 minutes...it is hot and muggy here...and i have watched as it shuts down...it will get to approx....255 to degrees after 4 minutes runs out....and that 4 minutes helps the vp's computer have a small chance of cooling down along with the 53 block.

stock lines= way to restrictive!!when i had an '03 6-speed the first thing i did was toss the stock lift pump and installed an hpfp 150 from f.a.s.s. and man o man it is night and day difference..seriously!!!it is a move.

hay smokey in live up in independence...bout 90 miles north of tulsa...hay...put a jack underneath the rear end and pick a wheel and spin it...one wheel a turning not a limited slip,,,or write your vin number down and take it to the parts department at dodge and they will give you a complete print out of everything about that truck...like down to the date..mine was made in st.louis.mo.on nov.7,'00...sweet...huh?

what isx said the servo could be bad..unhooked..maybe need to spray some wd40 on the cruise cable underneath the black cover.it may have a dry spot on it where it would hung up.

got my pump from mwfi.com..one year warranty unlimited miles...dan said that everyone of the vp's have a new computer up top.when does it surge? driving down the hiway with cruise on?and or useing foot feed? idleing?could a seal or something broke or cracked be the problem..letting air in?

diesel tech here in indy said to run the heater for about 3 to five minutes to dry the yuck smell out...i know hot and muggy here in s.e kansas.i'd start it and roll windows down and or open the doors on the truck.

mine does.but when i first get into the truck in the afternoon after work to head home..hot and humid here you know that...the edge juicew/att will hit the 200 mark..then i guess the thermo opens and goes down to 188 and kinda goes up to 192ish...so pretty much empty and no hills 190*

i am going to say that it was cooler and not so humid in the morning.afternoon heat,humidity,running the a/c..equals warmer egt's.hope this helps you.

i got my vp from mwfi.com...1 year warranty with unlimited miles.so far so good.Mopar has some tricks in replacing it also.i enjoyed the remove and the install.

better keep the rpm's up....and the injector tips clean.
