Lol. Yeah what I gather is bigger injectors plus quad could possibly run cooler than smaller injectors Seems like alot of work when 150s and 62 turbo are plug and play.

It's just hard to believe that 150s stock turbo that a quad can magically make it run cool. Ofcourse a empty truck has no concern. Fuel = heat theres enough fuel there with 150s and factory tune to see high egts while towing. Does quad pull fuel and timing to reduce this heat. Or certain throttle parameters

There's a fluid port inside the valve body that needs to be locked for the switch to be able to lock 2nd gear. Yours may or may not have the port blocked

That's the toyo t the tire shop. Kinda thinking I should have gone with 295s These are feeling small. Just adjusted track bar to center trucking axle. I've been about 3/4" off. I'd say I'm within a 1/8" now

You may see higher egt since the hx will demand slightly more fuel.

I've good luck with rubber gasket. I start all bolts on bench just through rubber gasket. Then raise pan to tranny then just start all bolts then snug all bolts in a cross pattern then snug again after all are snug.
