  1. with these small tires(stock), i prefer to go around the rocks . the only time i have seen a BP fuel station is when i'm really far from home
  2. elm 327...cheap and generic the chinese one's are knockoffs(ie not the elm chip, but a reverse engineered chip) but often work then its a matter of software:evilgrin:
  3. will it work in the 99's canister?
  4. that is one cool hunting lodge. i thought our blinds were for royalty, but now i'm second guessing myself
  5. when i typically hear people say "the south", or "backwards southerner". they usually are referring to http://www.enchantedlearning.com/usa/statesbw/south/south.shtml
  6. wait no longer:lmao: sent you another email good work:thankyou:
  7. google didn't like your equations...sent a email to you
  8. and how do i get the updated version?
  9. walmart and sam's(and you have to have a sam's card) seem to be high around here. i think conoco and phillips 66 are the same thing. i know the refinery in Ponca City, OK is conoco/phillips. shell's are typically higher, although the one's that are not are hole in the walls. one love's station sells B20(I-40 and Morgan RD) and the other is marked B5(I-35 and NW122nd). the b20 hurt my mileage enough for me not to go back(and it was only a penny cheaper than pilot or TA). the best fuel for $ was the sinclair truck stop in tulsa(I-44 and 166th E. AVE), always got the most miles. straight #2 at the same price as quicktrip and flying j. just my xp here in the great state of OK
  10. i am noticing more place are blending #2. loves is between 5%-20% bio. Flying J doesn't list, but my mileage is usually lower. i avoid the corner stores because they are as much as .20 higher and who knows how long that fuel as been there. what are your opinions?
  11. my 99 has a 53 block...180k and no cracks, and still on the original VP44(from what i can tell)
  12. they have different lug nuts at oreilly's, but they come in 4 packs @ ~$9
  13. that is a sweet bumper! i want one soooo bad. where did you get yours?
  14. this is for the 100 and 150?
  15. at first i thought you meant like the proverbial "move mountains"...but your serious!
  16. :iagree::iagree:need some skids myself... i'm almost afraid to hit the hunting lease in fear my open airdog!
  17. i have an extra 8 lug chrysler rim that i picked up from a friend. i used it a spare on the front and it rubbed off the corner of the caliper. my humvee rims are 8 lug and fit dodge chevy ford if you can take 6.5+ backspacing.dodge bolt pattern is 8x165.1 and stud size 9/16-RH.the new fords(98+) is 8x170 and 14x1.5 and i think the bigger fords(450sand 550s) us 8x200mm
  18. i've always enjoyed air rides. despite what a few might tell you, a properly equipped system can handle most any load.(how many 18wheels have air rides? most all )
  19. mine makes it sometimes and others not...i'm leaning toward temps, as mine does it A LOT less in winter and much more in summer. come to think of it...i've never changed it! i'm not worried about the chirp...vp44s are better things to worry about:banghead:
  20. the draw straw intimated me also. i didn't like the idea of putting a hole in a good tank and talk of "running out of fuel" at 1/4. the airdog 150 included a draw straw. i figured it might void the lifetime warranty if i didn't install to their instructions, so i went with it. i have talked to a few other airdog owner who do not have that problem(mopar1973man included). i took his advise and i never have had a problem. i usually get fuel when the light comes on, but have been on the E mark twice, since install of my straw.(somehow even then it only took 30.4 gallons til it was leaking out the vent:lmao2:) my only regret is not upgrading the draw straw 1 to the the draw straw 5...then i wouldn't have cut the filler neck hose
  21. that is too true! nothing like knowing 100% that the job is done right and you saved yourself a bunch of $$$ follow my rules and you just might make it outta this mess the thing about axles are the tools. alot of specialty tools required and it usually take 2 or 3 rear ends to make the investment worth it don't worry...that info is only worth awesome write up guys!
  22. but the sensor itself is still good? when the code tripped...did it set the CEL?
  23. i know i'm a little late to the table...but a standard trans is not that hard to rebuild. i did my ford's. prior to that...i had only changed fluids and brakes, etc. i most major city's there is a transmission part store(one in tulsa, and one in OKC) and that's usually were garages get the parts. i took the parts i wanted replaced(in my case...needle bearings) and had them match it up. since i was in there i changed the syncros. i have many pics if anyone is interested
  24. when i tried the alternator pulley, it worked well until the nut came loose:cry:
