  1. Ummm... It would help to have some make/model/year information... :shrug:From what I can find really quick and guessing at year and model I see that its CCD network feed.
  2. [*]Got fuel in the tank? [*]Is the lift pump moving fuel to the VP44? [*]Is the VP44 pumping good amount of fuel with the lines cracked? [*]Is there any error codes?
  3. Maybe try going backwards and giving Edge Comp a try... Personally myself I'm not impressed with all the bells and whistles they added to the Edge Juice or Edge CTS...
  4. I did the same thing... That way there is no corroded wires and a bunch of wires hanging off the battery cables... Good one Perrysburg Dodgeboy
  5. Speed is the biggest killer... http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRQdoPs_tLo Calc: Speed / GPH = MPG Oversized tire which you know... (Adds to the rotational mass. For every 4 pounds you drop you'll gain 1 HP) Underinflated tires... Aggressive treads have high rolling resistance... Large frontal area (Lift kits & larger tire create more frontal area) High cetane fuels... (Lower BTU content) Using cetane booster or injector cleaners (lower BTU content) Too large of injector... Excessive weight... (Don't haul around extra weight for no reason).
  6. That what we are here for to help out... Great to see you got it running...
  7. I think AH64ID has something like that...
  8. Yea... Be careful with high pressure fluid it can become very deadly... You got it done right you got it fired up... As for fuel pressure... Keep it in the green!
  9. Neverimnd this morning all your images where missing...
  10. Well... Read this... MPG_Secrets_Whitepaper.pdf
  11. When you remove the turbo just disassemble the exhaust cover and you'll see the wastegate. Typically the HX35/HY35 is controlled by boost pressure. But you'll have to remove the wastegate motor and carefully work the wastegate free.

    Welcome to site...
  13. War goes on... Wow... You should have Sheilarun around with that expanding foam and fill all the holes the best she can. It will improve the trailers ability to hold heat in the winter. Think about if a mice is entering and exiting then you got a cold draft. Is the trailer closed belly or can you see all the tanks?
  14. Ok as for the P1698 code... Check the connectors there above the valve cover it contains the CCD network from the ECM to PCM if the connector is corroded or loose it will cause this problem. You might use a ohm meter on the 2 twisted wires. (CCD network) 1996 Dodge (CCD wiring) not the same color but appear just like this with the twist. P1689 is either a bad fuel pump relay in the PDC or ECM/VP44 is failing. P0602 if some left a programmer flash it will trp this code (smarty, superchips, etc). If there is no programmer code then this might be pointing towards a failed ECM. I got off the phone last night with another gent that is also seeing a lot of ECM failing I guess one shop if blaming the extreme summer heat on the ECM fails but...
  15. Wastegate is jammed or rusted closed. As for the error code yes its the same.
  16. Ummm... Dumb question why is the bike hanging?
  17. I've got the flash code list let me find it and I'll get back to ya...
  18. Once I get caught up I'll have to take a peek at it... Thank you...
  19. Well the only way I found was to pressurize the fuel tank and check all the fittings to see if they are wet.
  20. You'd need a 3 port valve... So when the valve is not energized then the open port when be a vent.
  21. 1. Sorry... 2. The camera is attached to the dash with a small squar of velcro. Its the viewfinder rattling against the dash. Next time I'll pull my sock off and lay under it.
  22. Here is simple idea call your local part house and have one of the parts guys count it for ya...
