It most likely the wiretap. The CANBus fuel can do only so much then there is a threshold for the wiretap. Then there is a kick in the pants. You really can't make it too smooth on wiretap hitting. Mine hit pretty good enough the tires come loose at mere half throttle now. If you building the wiretap on boost pressure only then you could dig a hole in the CANBus map and where the wiretap would start.

OMG... That's a fast build.

Ok then... Try one more. Go under custom tunning and then hit the IMPORT button. Select your downloaded file. That should work for sure. I just tried it out.

Get down too much farther then what happens is the ECM has problems cutting fuel enough to make it idle at 800 RPM so it might start to rise in idle RPM.

I'm going to leave that to @Me78569 . I'm a Ubuntu Linux user not a Windows User. I couldn't tell you. Both. I built the wiretap. I'm not sure if it will be too smoky ot not. Surf the site with the screen device and download the file. Then open iQuad app then switch back and open the downloaded tune. It should automatically open up in the iQuad and then you can name it.

Done... iQuad-marcus-2019-03-08-03.20.401383665520.json I errored on the side of caution and started timing at 15° and stepping +3 up. Then the fuel map is starting at about 85% and working its way to 150%. Gave +1° for cruise timing and 1.5° for load-based timing.

Hmmm... I would say my tune but the fuel map is cut too much you would have to bump it up. If you want I can take a stab and build you a tune and upload it to the site.

Time to buckle down and build a tune. Personally, I would suggest a stealth plate over a positap on the wire. Time to start getting your feet wet with tuning. You need to set your fuel table up and the timing table. You can skip the wiretap area for now since you without the wiretap.

- Vibration after Southbend Dual Disc Clutch installed
One thing about someone doing a clutch I've got to ask did they force the transmission in place using bolts or did they get it fully seat before putting bolts in? This is a key point of most clutch and transmission failures. When its forced in place then thing tends to be out of alignment and possibly forced bearings into running with tension.- Qaudzilla woes
Nope, you are good. Mine started at 13% and now down to 9% engine load at idle. When you dropping to 3 to 4% when it's getting too low.- Quadzilla help
That's what we are here for is help out the best we can. After lunch time today I'm going out to do a test run myself on the tune I just released.- Qaudzilla woes
@TheGreatWhite You might want to read over this too. Might edit that up and define what a big injector tune really is... Suggestion.- DYI- what do you do yourself vs have done?
Hmmm... The best I can say is look at my mod list done all this myself. There are 3 pages of modifications I've done. https://mopar1973man.com/garage/vehicle/101-2002-dodge-ram-2500/?show=mods- Qaudzilla woes
Another thing to point out is levels of power. Level 2 is only 0 to 100% fuel no added fuel above stock. Level 3 is only CANBus fuel table. Level 4 is Wiretap on up which can be divided up for as many levels up.- Qaudzilla woes

No. The only tool that would is the DRBIII tool from the dealer. I'm going to say start with the update. We don't know what version you are starting from. This just levels the playing field. I'm going to bet the APPS is fine but the flash is old version on the Quadzilla.- Qaudzilla woes
The current release of the flash update. Yes. Because there is no free rev fuel and timing table. Free revving needs a fairly steep timing curve to do it. Quadzilla team didn't see a reason for free timing table and left it out. Well, that is half of it. The other half is the IVS switches. (Idle Validation Switches) will ground when they are in their particular mode. The idle state will ground the idle leg and then flip-flop and ground the throttle pin when not in an idle state. Typically I check by my exhaust brake or high idle kit for that. If the exhaust brake works then the IVS is hitting the idle state. High Idle is the same way if the IVS is in the idle state then it should engage high idle modes.- Qaudzilla woes
Did you update the Quadzilla box to current software? I would suggest making sure the new board is up to date first. There is no free rev fuel table. The timing is not designed to free rev. Simple solution, don't free rev the engine. Might check the fuel table for a slider that is smooth in the curve like one that is bottom out. Now make sure your APPS is actually making it to idle state. When the APPS is at idle state the ECM is direct control of the idle speed and the Quadzilla is ignored. Quadzilla should not come to action till after 1,000 RPM.- a soggy PNW hello
Oh no! @IBMobile heading for @JAG1 place... Not good. Bad things happen when these two get together.- a soggy PNW hello

Welcome to the family of Cummins nuts. I love to joke around too. You'll find other members poke fun at each other as well. You'll fit in just fine as well.- Anyone know anything about this turbo

Dual disc clutch do not spin down fast enough. Too much rotational mass. Fluids really aren't going to change that much. - Vibration after Southbend Dual Disc Clutch installed
