  3. I have heard other guys say they have seen bearing assemblies that seemed ok until they removed axle nut and then it was obviously shot.
  4. I’m guessing wheel bearing. Jack up and take wheel and caliper off and then check bearing
  5. If I remember correctly I had this code one time and had a small amount of corrosion on edge ez connection

  7. For some reason not all vp44s will operate without a lift pump. Don’t know why but without lift pump my truck starts to run rough and dies.

  15. It was setting on a slight incline toward CAD, then moved it about ten yards and BAM vent made a mess.

  17. While you all are talking about axle vents-can anybody tell me why my front diff would push oil out of the vent? I wasn’t even driving it. Had it running on high idle while I charged a.c. It was in 4 low but I don’t know why that would matter. Guess I know it’s not plugged!
  18. If pinion wobbled before removing nut you have a bearing problem.
  19. @IBMobile you say not to use pag oil on o-rings, what oil should be used in compressor?
  20. Milwaukee is good. They have both a 3/8 or 1/2” impact and also 1/4 or 3/8” ratchet that is very handy.

  22. My son’s truck was starting hard also. His starter quit completely and after replacement the hard starting is gone.
