  1. Alternator or voltage regulator in pcm.
  2. http://i642.photobucket.com/albums/uu142/illflem/starter_curcuit_diagram.jpg from this diagram.. (just googled it) you also may have a fuel heater on that circuit. You should be able to step through, plug by plug, until you find the leak.
  3. What does that red wire go to? FSS? It would seem you've isolated the circuit or at least the bus that it's leaking... I don't know much about the P pump, but it would appear you found your problem. Perhaps there is a leaking relay in the FSS system. I would step my way through that system as far as possible to try to isolate the leak. And just for clairification, all these tests were with the engine off? I am asking that to ensure that there is zero change of any AC in the system. I had "AC" being backfed into the system through a solenoid from an air dog relay. Killed a bunch of parts... about 3000 worth.

Welcome. Ask away... Great group of guys here. That said, it is fun to search through the site sometimes. There is some neat old stuff on here that is very useful.
  5. I bought a bar from rock auto and a bracket online from another retailer... frame needed a little reaming but all in all its far better than the crappie stock bar.
  6. If it is enabled your throttle sensor might not be reading zero. Iirc... Mike had some numbers on what resistance it should read at idle... ie zero acc El pedal position.
  7. Stock truck? It helps when the signature is filled out.

Welcome. Good group of guys here.
  9. What controllers are out there these days? Last time I checked, Fleece wasn't marketing theirs.
  10. Very nice. I've loved that color since it came out. I will likely repaint mine in that color with the silver two tone in a year or two when I get moved back to Colorado.
  11. Just scatter the motor. Metal shavings are major FOD. All it should cost you is a seal kit and some time... unless you find something bad that you would end up replacing anyway.
  12. It's a pro voter IDecember joke I think.
  13. Nice Mike. I have zilch for a washer here at my base... no auto hobby shop either and my engine if FILTHY! I'm hoping the truck stays together until for another two years til I get back to Colorado. My diffs seep a little and it smokes a puff of oil smoke on start up. I hope its the turbo. It burns clean the rest of the time. :D I'd like to get it back home in a year, put a new dash in it, check the engine out for the smoke issue and repaint it.
  14. Happy birthday!
  15. Is this your project from several trucks? You no post pictures? So sad.
  16. Thanks, Mike. I don't know if I can help you, but sure! Honestly I just read some, then go try stuff... Experience and trial and error with my equipment seems to be working sofar. I'm not an expert on much, I just love having photos and video of stuff since my memory sucks.
  17. Nice! You will love it. Those are fun little cameras. I am shooting a Canon 70D with a 18-55 and 55-250. I also use my S4 phone a lot... and it does surprisingly well sometimes.
  18. I took that especially for you guys.
  19. Also, I should add, the T-38Cs in that pic are 50 year old 1964 models. The T-6As are relatively new and from the 90s... meaning, that they aren't that bent yet. You can click on them for MORE resolution. AH-64 should post some swing wing goodness.
  20. Had an hour to burn today after work, so I went and took photos! America is Awesome.
  21. Start with the battery. Then check your leads. Then move to the fuse block under the hood, then inside. Somewhere in that loop, if you look at the factory diagram, you will likely find your issue... Be it fuse, relay, plug, etc. Use a multimeter to check voltage, or one of the 12V lightbulb style lead testers.
